I was promised LTE coverage at home for the 5 lines and phones I purchased. They also confirmed LTE coverage for my place of work. At home we get 3G at best and Im stuck in 1x all day at work. Its so bad text messages wont come in until I leave work. They said I can use they booster at home but I must have wifi for it to work. I have to reply on my homes internet to use sprints network? Their coverage maps is made up an not accurate. I have asked a dozen times if I can leave but the only way is to cough up $2,000 for termination fees. Thanks for lying

Do not purchase from this location. This Sprint Staff will try to take advantage of you. Make sure you read your entire contract and do not trust the employees (including manager) on what they are telling you.

Try a different store, just go to a different service provider. I cant even explain my anger towards this company. 8 days in and Im already considering switching back to Verizon
