My new phone I bought from this location 6 months ago, died due to a bad battery, I was told the insurance didnt cover it, so had to go to corporate store in in pomona to buy a replacement battery, this past weekend my battery went bad again, I was done with this phone and went to the Archibald location to get another phone, I was told by the sales assoc. that I have to get a NEW number to get a new phone by order from the OWNER. Been with metro for over 5 years and never been told this. I went to another location on riverside in chino and they had no problem helping me, while I was there another customer had the same problem at the archibald location. We purchased 2 new phones and kept our phone numbers and other customer bought one too. So that was 3 sales YOU MISSED FOR BEING GREEDY.

I received the worse service from this location. Each time I went into this location the manager sally was very rude and not helpful at all. She assisted customer that came in after me then told me not to tell her how to do her job, when I asked her why she took other people before me that I came in before. this happened the day after when I went in and she didnt wan to activate a new phone for me because she was about to end her shift. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE EMPLOYEES HERE SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU WILL GET GOOD SERVICE.

Mal servicio no puedo llamar y cuando puedo dicen q se escuchan unas palabras y otras no Im not going to pay next month. I need to find another cell phone service.

Nice and convenient Bill payment center!! finally i dont have to drive that far to pay my bills!! The best customer service ever. They gave me %50 off my phone case after i paid my utility bills :)
