I used to go to this store any time I needed anything just because of location. Service was hit or miss but only reliable when youre spending money. I understand they are hourly plus commission, but you cant treat your customers differently when you dont think youre going to make a sale. They only seem to be invested in your satisfaction when you spend money. Another user on our business account went there with a phone that wasnt working (no water or physical damage) and recommended he buy a new phone and use another persons upgrade. Suggesting an insurance claim @ 100.00 a pop and slow shipping is a sure way to get someone to buy a new phone. PS, verizon customer care (*611) sends them overnight via fedex for warranty...and theyre free. I prefer the superior customer service of the call centers. Its worth waiting a day.

Worthless corporate store - DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW CORP POLICY AND ARE NOT TRAINED ON VERIZON WIRELESS PLANS. I tried to purchase a new phone under Verizons Device Installment Plan - a plan they heavily advertise on the VZW website - and this stores manager told me they only offer installment payments on tablets. THIS IS NOT TRUE ACCORDING TO VERIZON - I had a Verizon Wireless Corporate representative call the store and explain the plan to them and show the manager where details were located - store manager instead they can only do installment plans on new tablets despite Verizon representatives telling her that is simply not true. As far as I can tell, store employes scam artists and deceitful practices to take advantage of uninformed consumers. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

Their service is very but very bad! It use to be my TOP Verizon store but now thats the least store I want to go now! The one who was helping me was on their phone not listening to what I was saying! While all of the other helpers werent even busy just talking and there were many people waiting to get help and had to wait for 2 hours.! You ask them a question about your phone and they dont even know and They also want you to pay a fee that youre not suppose to pay! If you go the Verizon store in Montclair Plaza, Victory Gardens and the one in Fontana on the st. Valley. Is where you can get the service you want and will answer all of your question but I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I wanted to buy a new Samsung Phone and I wanted to pay the full retail price but I was told by a rep working there that I have to get Edge Plan or sign up for a new two year contract. That they cannot I repeat cannot sell me a phone for the full $699 price. What a ripoff and scam artists. Called Verizon and they told me they are smoking crack. Not in those words more like they cant do that. So I will never go to that store. Go to one on Foothill and Haven much nicer and understanding. Oh the person was a shorter female White/Hispanic with brown hair.
