We purchased a sofa and love seat for a decent price and were asked if we wanted them delivered (for a $75 charge) or if we wanted to pick them up. We said we would pick them up. The day we picked them up we got home, got the sofa inside, which was EXTREMELY heavy and then went back to bring the love seat, unwrapped it and saw there was a quarter size mark on it in the center of the seat and another smaller mark on the back of the seat. My husband called and spoke with a manager to explain the problem (at this point we had already sold our other couch). He was only asking for them to just deliver the love seat for free since we had already picked up and were given a damaged product. We were told that the policy was if you pick up you take responsibility for the items, damaged or not and that was explained to us at purchase (which it was not, what was explained to us was delivery is $75 and pick up is free) and nowhere on our receipt does it state what the delivery or pick up policy is. The Manager kept telling him she understood, yet there was NOTHING she could do and my husband who was being calm and telling her he understood it wasn’t her fault, but he had just picked these up and all he as asking was for them to pick up the damaged one and deliver an undamaged one. She finally said she could fit us on the schedule for THURSDAY for delivery…it was currently SUNDAY…because they were too busy and that was the soonest they would be able to fit us in. My husband said he didn’t want to do business with them anymore because this was ridiculous HORRIBLE customer service and she told us we could return them for a 25% restocking fee. He asked to speak to her boss, but she told him that she was the person he had to speak to. We had nowhere to store the damaged love seat until Thursday so my husband caved and brought the love seat back to get the new one. When they got to the warehouse there were 6 delivery trucks sitting there, no customers there and all the people at the warehouse just sitting around. So CLEARLY they were too busy to deliver the undamaged product to us either that day or Monday. I would NEVER do business with them again based on the Customer Service alone. My husband was on the phone with Monica for about 20 minutes and it was like talking to a brick wall. She kept telling us she understood, but there was nothing she could do. Basically it boiled down to there was nothing she WOULD do. They do not care about their customers once they get the sale and they are gone from the store. We even tried calling another store to get the corporate number or to be able to speak to another manager (because the corporate number is not on the website) and were told the manager at that store was busy and were put on hold to wait, the person came back and asked why we were calling, we told them for the corporate number, they told us to go on the website, we said the number isnt on the website and asked to speak to the manager anyway and were told "hes busy" and were hung up on.

This was unfortunately the poorest customer service experience I have ever had. I would not shop here again nor reccommend this store to anyone else. Upon ordering the sofa I bought I was VERY clear qabout the color which was on display but in a love seat. When I picked it up at the warehouse and it was completely wrapped up and it wasnt until I got it home that I found it was the wrong color. It was almost comical how the rep could have made this mistake. The warehouse is very far from my house and it was hugely inconvenient to even pick it up but i wanted to save teh money. When I called about the mistake they offered to pick it up free of charge but would not deliver the correct color couch unless I paid for delivery. When I asked them what I would be4 paying for becuse it wasnt convenience they said they had already done me a favor by picking it even though it was not my mistake. Then when I aksed for my money back and would rather not take the couch they would only give me 60% of my money back and the store manager told me that if this wasnt acceptable I would have to take him to court. I kept my cool with this company throughout this process because of course people make mistakes. i was continuously disappointed and quite insulted by teh end of working with them. I am sad to say that I would never do business here again :(

I used to lease to own my furniture at Aarons (mistake) their prices are outrageous and their lease to own agreements are interest loaded. A lot of their furniture is returned and re-leased for the same prices. Three months ago I decide to go to American Furniture in Rancho Cordova,CA. I saw a sectional that I was interested in and they made it happen the same day and it was delivered the very next day in the timeframe that they said it would. I still have my bedroom set that I got from Aarons because Im almost finished paying for it but from this point on it is American Furniture all the way.

Its all about costumer ..AFG did that ..they know costumer demands & how to fulfill it ....Staff was so cooperative ...ambiance was awesome & most attractive & satisfying thing about that store that they having a well trained staff whos know that how to communicate with costumers ...This is really what i always want.Self respect is in my first Priority..After having a great response and classy furniture according to my taste with in my budget I am pleased to recommend that Store to all of my FAMILY n FRIENDS...Well Ill never forget that great experience ,,Thank you so much!

Very bad experience. We bought a sectional last year. When we saw it at the store it felt very comfortable and we decided to order it. When it for deliveried we got a completely different couch. Once we sat you could feel the frame, one side broke and the fabric got rip on the other side. The quality is very poor. I felt so dissapointed. I bought the warranty but still they wont come to pick it up and fix it. The customer service is very bad. They barely speak english. I would not recommend this store or buy from them in the future.

My hubby and I had checked out several of the other stores, we were unimpressed with their service or prices. Im the type of person who likes to walk around the store (without a salesperson ) and see what they have. Doug greeted us at the door politely and I told him what I was going to do. He said absolutely and when I was ready I told him . He showed me a couple of sectionals and we found the perfect one! The service was professional and smooth! I will buy from here again! Thanks Doug !

The salesmen are helpful, actually to helpful. They are commission only and it definitely shows. You are followed around the entire store by at least 2 salesmen at all times and thats not to including the 20 that are standing around rattleing off every detail about anything you even glance at. Their prices are nothing special and personally I didnt find it worth it to be constanly tailed and bombarded with unwanted facts.
