Worst service I have ever had!!! Firstly, the store didnt have ANY of the items in stock that they had posted and advertised! Secondly, the salesman (an older white man with grey hair) barely paid any attention to us, until my husband wanted to take a picture of a sofa set we liked. From across the store he YELLED at us "I know you see all the signs around the store that say dont take pictures, so dont take pictures of ANYTHING!" I couldnt believe how completely RUDE he was about it, and I actually never saw ONE sign about pictures. We went to several other furniture stores who did not have this policy, which makes me wonder why they are so against photos. The prices were too high for the quality, but we were willing to still take them into consideration until our experience. There are ways to POLITELY tell customers about your photo policy, not reprimanding them across the store in front of everyone. The guy shouldnt be working there if he hates the customers so much. I would never return because of the way we were treated. Definitely shouldve read all the HORRIBLE reviews before wasting our time.

Horrible customer interaction by phone. I have not even made it into the store and perhaps its better that way, as I saved my time. I called to inquire about mattress brands and pricing for the top mattress they have. This is a simple question. The worker could not answer any of our questions and urged me to come into the store. Well thats not happening because I live over an he and a half away near grass valley. I seen an advertisement and was approved for financing. We were planning on spending $2000.00 in the store today for a quality mattress and bed set. But thats not happening now or never. Really take all of these reviews into consideration. I can relate to what the others have said. You have been warned again.

The customer service is non existent in that dark hole! I walk in and the store is dark except for where the service desk is, a woman comes up and asks if she can help me find anything after me looking for about 10 minutes, I had found a bed I liked but didnt like the rest of the set so I asked her if they could order other pieces to go with it and she said no. I asked if there was something similar in the store and she said no. I asked why they cant order anything and she said they dont have catalogs, so I asked how they ordered what was in the store and she just walked away. Very rude!!!! Plus they didnt have the set I had seen advertised!!

There furniture is crap, the service is crap and the extended warranty you pay for is crap!!! Their furniture cost too much!! Send their crap back to China and fire the 10 year old Asian boy who made it!! A root canal is easy than trying to get their extended warranty to fix there crap!!! Dont shop at Ashley its a rip off!!!

It was dark but we found a table and chairs that were the best we have seen after four stores and the price was very good. We also bought a bed and mattress. I dont think you can beat the prices and if you dont like the dark, bring a flashlight.

This place sucks. They sell broken furniture and then its a hassle to get fixed. BE VERY CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY I SPENT OVER 2K AND 2 MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING FOR MY "NEW" SOFA TO BE FIXED.
