Being judged that Im not to be treated with common courtesy and basic respect at Target just because I am wearing locs got old today. Im tired of be invisible or treated as if Im a revisiting kleptomaniac. I entered the store around 9 a.m. and the store was virtually empty of customers. The sells clerks were out and as I passed them all, none greeted me. Then Im standing by in a virtually empty store while a clerk is ignoring me. All I want is to know where the peroxide may be found. She started out assisting another shopper then pulls out her phone to show the shopper pictures of her grandchild. I ask her if she works at Target. She says yes and begins to ask if I need help and gestures that she helping the shopper all at the same time. I lost it because Id been watching her for over 5 minutes doing nothing but share non work related information while ignoring me. Unprofessionalism is my pet-peeve! Every time I go there there is one rude clerk putting a damper on my shopping experience after another. Being a Black female working professional who wear locs is a nightmare shopping there. They need to stop the sterotyping. One check out clerk was so friendly towards a customer in front of me I couldnt wait until it was my turn to interact with him but to my dismay when I was next he looked at me, said nothing, and changed his attitude to warden mode. I asked him where did his friendly character go and arent I worthy of it? He then acts like he wasnt the troll just a minute ago and begins to over zealously chat aka being fake. So I pretended to. Really the internalized racism of the staff needs to be addressed. I work extremely hard to make my money and this Target is not worthy of my patronage any more. When the Black and other minority staff learns to stop inflicting racism onto other Blacks Ill be back but until then: Good riddance.

Went into this target to return something, which I have NEVER EVER had a problem with before. I love target because they have such an amazing and easy return policy. This time was the worst experiece I have ever had anywhere. I did not have my receipt so I just asked for store credit. The person kept saying they couldnt do it. I ask why and she couldnt tell me. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came over and told me I could only exchange it for similar products. I asked her what the difference was between me going to get other items and them giving me a gift card? "Well we just dont know what target you got it at and that is all we can do." I left and went to another target and within 20 seconds they returned my item and I was holding a gift card.

For over a year now I have experience the worst customer service here and upper management is worst at this target location. Not professional at all Im willing to travel to avoid a place who doesnt welcome greet and help their customers with concerns they have Smh I was target at target on many different occasion and tonite was when I had enough. Customer is not always right but customer does have the right to be heard and treated with respect like they would want in return. Talked to upper management I was told I dont know what you want me to do??? WOW??? REALLY!!!! I was thrown out for not wanting to talk to a manager who wouldnt hear what I had to say never in my life had I been treated this way Horrible place to shop!!!!

I shop here a lot just because its convenient and the only target near me but this particular target has pretty sub par customer service especially in the food court. The employees care rarely at their station and Im waiting around forever for a pizza. One time I grabbed a pre-made pizza and waited 7 minutes for someone to ring me up. When I asked another employee if someone was working in the food court she said IDK theyre probably on their break. She didnt even page anyone else to help me. I wouldve just left if I had time to go somewhere else but I was on my lunch break. Normally I dont care enough to leave reviews but Im disappointed almost ever time

Id give 5 star if it was a Super Target and they got rid of the self checkout. Quiet, clean store that is generally always fully stocked with lots of choices. Has a food section but not quiet a much as Super Target. They installed the self checkout several months ago and I swear the wait time has at least doubled. I actually prefer a face-to-face experience than deal with a machine; those things ALWAYS give have an issue that requires a person anyway. Overall, its a good Target.

Had 3 encounters with employees. Two inside one outside. First inside one asked if I needed help and chit chatted a minute or so as she was working. The cashier was super nice and asked how Im doing and how was my weekend? Then as I was putting the stuff in my car an employee asked if he could help and I said no but he could take my cart. Have a nice day and I thot I was in the twilight zane! Kudos to Rancho Cordova Target!!

This store is not too bad compared to Walmart down the street. The folks from the light rail dont seem to really shop here. The staff is ok, theyre always really chatty in check out, not always professional though. The groceries are a bit expensive but its a good place to get things quick. The holiday section is always fantastic. The main thing you have to watch out for is all the traffic on Olsen, its a pain in the butt.

While I love the store, pharmacy, starbucks and food station, I hate they dnt stock for the right season half the time and that some prices are so high, especially clothes aimed toward ppl that wear xl sizes, some departments dnt even have these sizes. But despite this some clothes are awesome and its a semi decent store

The hair care section is clearly segregated all the African American hair care products are labeled "Multicultural Hair" not just "Hair Care". This is straight from corporate. Segregated hair care sections should not exist. Shame on Target. Its been 2 weeks and still no resolution from corporate. Horrible.

I went to pick up an online order and that area was so cluttered and disorganized. They had 1 person behind the counter for the dozen people in line. I waited for 20 minutes to get up to the front of the line and then had to wait another 10 minutes because the rest of my order was in the back still.

Convenient shopping location with a variety of products for sale. From groceries to electronics, home appliances to clothing for men, women, and children. They also have a small food court with Target branded items such as popcorn, soda, and whatnot, and there is a Starbucks right next to it.

Clean and well organized. Grocery store items are limited. Went here yesterday for heavy cream and they do not stock it. They do have three full coolers of almond milk and two full coolers with coffee creamers. No heavy cream. And the frozen pizza selection is limited.
