Bought furniture Saturday, delivered that evening. I knew it wasnt the best quality, but it was still 1200.-sofa and loveseat-first time we sat in it, when we got up, the frame cracked on the sofa. Called on Sunday, told them we wanted a new sofa delivered. They agreed. We realized that we would never relax on this furniture, worrying that it would break again right away, so I called first thing Monday a.m., and said we had changed our mind, and that we wanted to return both pieces. The so called manager " Don" who later changed his name to "Tom" said the only way they would accept it back would be to charge a restocking fee of 25%, which the contract did say " could be subject to" not mandatory. I said we should not be charged a fee since the furniture was faulty in the first place. They were so unprofessional on the phone, and it got ugly fast. Bottom line-I am stuck with cheap furniture that wasnt so cheap, and a very sketchy place that I bought it from. Also I was told it had a 7 year warranty on frame. When I took the tags off at home and read the fine print it was only 1 year. I totally agree with the last reviewer-very deceptive.

We will NEVER buy furniture from this place again. We ordered beds from them on July 3rd. We were told that the beds were ordered and they confirmed they would be available on Wednesday, July 8th. We never heard from them. On Saturday, July 11th (before renting a truck to pick up our order) I called to confirm the beds were in stock. I was told that the beds were not delivered and they didnt know when they would come. They were unbelievably rude and treated me as though my dissatisfaction was unwarranted. I was promised a phone call with status on Monday, July 13th. Good thing I didnt hold my breath waiting... Because the call never came! I had my husband call on Tuesday because I couldnt even be nice at this point. They, again, told us they had no idea when the beds were coming. They did call my husband back and told him we could get the beds on Friday, but that they didnt know what time. Here we are, nearly 2 weeks out... We paid up front in full... And my kids dont have beds to sleep in!!! Tom is one hell of a salesman... But when it comes to business, hes shady! My beds better be there on Friday...

Very deceptive salesman! He said we were getting one brand of a sofa when it was in fact another brand. Did anything to make his sale and we fell for it. Would never trust them enough to do business there again.
