My boyfriend and I have a couch and a book case from this store. The quality of the furniture is good, but the customer service is lacking, especially given the price range of their products. We ordered extra shelves for the bookcase, waited weeks and weeks for them to come, and then when we got them they didnt have the hardware necessary to install them. So we had to wait about 8 more weeks for the hardware to come in to the store. When we went to pick it up, the sales associates didnt seem to know what was going on at all and initially ignored us as they chatted amongst themselves. Next time well skip the headache and just go to Ikea.

I stop here mostly everytime I travel past the door. Their stock rotates and their pricing is good value. An extensive selection of furniture items for every room in your house. There is always a good selection of sale items, and the big bonus for me is that the staff do not harass you while youre browsing.
