Good customer service, wide variety, great quality. David greeted us when we walked in to let us know that he would be available if we needed anything but wasnt going to hover over us as we browsed around to allow us a relaxed experience as we looked around. Because of his laid back demeanor we never felt pressured into liking or purchasing something and David was always nearby despite having suffered a recent injury to his foot. He provided us with useful information and insights throughout our entire visit. After an exhaustive search covering two days, four stores, and an examination of every couch within each store, we managed to conclude our furniture endeavor by selecting a sofa from Naturwood. David managed to get us the material that we wanted, on the sofa that we wanted, while also providing us an array of materials to pick from to ensure we had the chance to consider all options. He made picking out matching pillows effortless, and added a couple of tables to out order that we requested as we relaxed on a nearby reclining couch. Overall, David provided us with great customer service by ensuring that we received quality furniture at an affordable price with free and convenient shipping, regardless of meeting the minimum purchase requirements, which made for a great experience.

We have purchased furniture from Naturewood several times previously. Today was our last visit. We are refurbishing our home starting with a smaller bedroom. Walking in, we were ignored, although I saw a couple salespersons not doing anything. I inquired about bedroom sets. "Upstairs, look around, Ill be up to check on you in a while to see if you have found something you like." Wow, I thought. Upstairs we looked around and were finally approached by another salesperson asking if we had been helped. I stated I wasnt quite sure. She asked who had helped us so I described the salesperson. I told her what we were looking for. At that point the original salesperson arrived. The two of them acted as if they were feuding and started discussing our needs. They couldnt agree if they had many full beds available, one of them said several and the other didnt seem to know much about beds at all. While they were in a seemingly unfriendly discussion, we continued to look around. Neither of them approached us again so we left. We drove to RC Willey, found a FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE salesperson who showed many options. We decided on one. Save yourself a trip and drive directly to RC Willey.

My girlfriend and I are furnishing our new place and Naturewood was our first stop along the Folsom Blvd strip. The door has a large cow bell attached to it and as we walked in it rang audibly. There was a sales person at a desk one hundred feet or so into the building that turned and looked at us and didnt greet us, instead just looked away and continued with whatever was more important than customer service. We decided to go upstairs as we didnt see what we were looking for in the immediate area and we were already feeling unwelcome. Once we got upstairs we came across 3 sales associates in a circle on their cell phones and talking to each other. We walked right by them without a single acknowledgement and never saw another employee again. After walking the entire store, we werent impressed with the selection and less than pleased with the customer service or lack there of. We went just down the street to Becks Furniture and were immediately greeted and walked around the store and shown everything we were interested in. The selection was much better and so were the prices. Save your time and your money, dont go to Naturewood.

I used to love this place. But its really starting to show its age. There are stains on the carpet. The sales people look bored out of their mind. My husband and I was looking for some nice furniture to update our living room. We remembered that this place had a very good reputation. However the selection is dated and the store is Dark. The prices are way too high for what they have. They need a dramatic change.

Purchased a Marshfield sofa with tufting. It was a special order. When it arrived the tufting wasnt filled enough. Naturewood let me keep the defective sofa while a replacement sofa was made by the manufacturer. The tufting on the replacement sofa is fine. I really like this sofa and am pleased with how Naturewood handled this problem.

I love there customers service. I bought my a lot of my furniture for my home. I have to buy few pieces at a time because they pieces that I like of course are very expensive. still buy more pieces for my bedroom and I am going back to buy a new couch because I start a bind stuff in 2002.

Very nice furniture store with a mix of good brands and less expensive stuff. Expect that service level to come with a price though. And always remember when it comes to furniture negotiate everything! Furniture has very high mark ups on most brands.

Ask for Sergio. He is definitely the best salesman there. Naturwood has the best furniture in the greater Sacramento area; they dont sell anything cheap or low-quality. Again, Sergio is the man to ask for. He is very knowledgeable and communicative.
