Awful experience. We ordered online and it was a nightmare. We received a call to schedule our delivery for Sunday. On Friday we received an automated call to deliver on Saturday - fine, I confirmed it. On Saturday, the delivery team showed up with NO box spring; told us that would be delivered tomorrow. Well, tomorrow did not work well for us. I called MULTIPLE customer service reps who transferred me, told me to call "this other number" and was finally told, there is nothing they can do for me. They offered 10% off (already the deal on the website!) and said that a supervisor would need to approve more, but no supervisor was available until Monday. Later that day, the supervisor magically called me back, also offered very little but at this point, I was over it so I accepted the 30% off. I asked to be the first delivery time on Sunday for the box spring. When I received the automated call, we were NOT scheduled for the first delivery. We had other plans so we left for the day. I was able to work out a later delivery time when the drivers arrived to our house to find us gone. When the, now second, delivery team arrived to put the box spring under the mattress, they showed us that the Saturday delivery team had not placed the mattress on correctly and most likely because they had left DIRTY HAND PRINTS on the sides and bottom of the mattress. I am completely dissatisfied. I have attempted to escalate this and I did get a voicemail from the customer care team. I called back and have yet to received a call back over 5 hours later. This is the worst customer service experience. I am appalled at the lack of courtesy or ability to fix a situation that the company caused. It completely dominated the weekend. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS RETAILER.

I have never written a review in my entire life, but the experience I had at this branched needs to be known. Please avoid buying your mattress from this place at all costs. I bought a queen size mattress gave it a try but did not like it. I contacted this particular branch and set up a return near the end of my warranty with the intention to get another mattress or just give the mattress back. I emailed one of the sales associates my sleeptrain invoice (Mattress firm had just acquired sleep train). Since the time period was 120 days and I was interested in sorting out the issue with in the 120 day period (day 115), I wanted the exchange done as soon as possible. But they had no pick up available for the mattress. To cut the long story short , the time period crossed over and I was told I could neither return nor exchange my mattress. When I asked to speak to a higher manager, I was told I am "not allowed to." I honestly pray that the people who own this establishment are not into doing bad business, and I hope that they learn that their word is their bond.

First they got my deliver address wrong, then they dont give me enough information about the choice of box spring or buncky board. When i called to exchange the box spring, again they did not conform my address. Had an other purchase in 8mile Sleep Train, way better service over there.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Will never go back and will make sure everyone I know wont go there. We walked in hoping to get some beds. They didnt greet us nor asked us if we needed any help. So we went to Mancini and bought 3 sets.
