The Ultimate Back Store is a great place to find useful tools to help you manage your back pain. The owner and employees are awesome at working with you to understand your particular needs, and then find the best product to meet those needs. The products are good quality and actually work. After having a spinal fusion in my neck (broke my neck in a car accident), finding a comfortable office chair was tough, but the Ultimate Back store ended up having the perfect chair for me. If you have spinal/back problems you probably can relate to the fact that sitting on a typical chair/couch/bed is not so easy to do pain free. I went many years unable to sit comfortably. Then, I discovered the chairs and beds at the Ultimate Back Store in Folsom. Now several years later, I keep returning to the store when I need to purchase another good back product (e.g. the zero gravity lounge chair). Using their products has made a big difference in managing my pain. I suggest checking the store out and talking with Gill or David (they are very helpful). Thanks, Sandy Martin

This is an awesome store with an incredible owner and employees. I came to the store desperate to find some relief for my husband who has a ruptured disc and is waiting for surgery. He was unable to move or sleep. Chris, recommended the Luma PP zero gravity chair. Chris, knew I was worried about my husband and he needed relief so he called the owner, Gil. Gil not only gave me a reduced price but also after a long Labor Day delivered the chair to my home. I purchased the chair on Saturday evening and received it by Monday. They were even willing to sell me the floor model - that was brand new so that I could have it immediately. This experience is so unusual in this day and age. Gil, Chris and the young gentleman who helped Gil deliver were amazing. They took their time to explain the chair and made sure my husband was comfortable as well. If you are in need of exceptional, caring service I would not think twice. Do not order from Amazon - get the A+ service in person. Thank you Gil!

I shop here and love this store! They have great products (from pillows and car seat supports to beds and massage chairs) at fair prices. The store is clean and well organized. The person who helped me was Chris. He was very informative and could not have been nicer to talk with about the products. If you are working with a smaller budget, no worries. They have plenty of products you can start using right away for under $50 or under $100. If your budget is bigger take a look at their massage chairs and beds! I uploaded a photo of the INADA massage chair. It is amazing (but pricey). They also have less expensive massage chairs. Great beds also.
