After a horrible experience with delivery from MDX, the delivery company for Sams Club, I ended up returning my mattress. it wasnt worth the 30 day wait and time it took to file a claim after my property was damaged during delivery of my mattress. The next day I went to Sleep Train after hearing about their year-end sale on mattresses that were being discontinued. Within one hour, the sales person hooked me up with a beautiful, affordable bed and it was delivered within 48 hour. Dont settle for the cheaper brands youre getting at Sams or CostCo. Pay a little more and get the quality, selection and awesome customer service with Sleep Train, Folsom. I slept like a baby last night!

My husband and I came in to Sleep Train in Folsom, CA to purchase a specific brand of bed. Dave Johnson, the sales person who helped us, was very attentive to the overall purpose of our visit. We were acknowledged with a friendly greeting the minute we walked in; and given detailed information regarding the bed we were interested in purchasing. When it came time for delivery, Dave was excellent with following up with a phone call the day before. Moreover, followed by an automated day-of/time confirmation call the day before (an optional feature, should you choose it).

I bought a bed frame from this store and tried to return it a few days later. Turns out they do not except returns. They did not tell me this when I bought the frame. If I would have known I could have gone to there sister store sleep train a few stores away and bought the same frame for the same price.

We walked into the showroom on Iron Point around lunch time. Purchased a mattress, box spring, and frame. And had it delivered by dinner time that same evening. It was a great product, great buying experience, and great delivery. No problems at all. They even took away the old mattress.
