WARNING DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD, SADLY YELP DOES NOT HAVE THAT OPTION. We had bought a sofa set at this place a year go and the wooden frame broke on one of the sofa. I have waited for almost 3 months for the sofa to be repaired and returned back to me. The store manager "Tom" is an EXTREMELY RUDE PERSON. He does not know how to provide service to his customers. He called me "DISHONEST, AND IMPLIED THAT I WAS CRAZY" I told him that one sofa is brand new and the other two are old and that this is going to look very discolored. He said I was trying to take advantage of the situation. I asked him for extended warranty because I do not trust their product or service anymore. He said he DOES NOT CARE for my business or any business I have given him in the past or the future. I will make sure not a single family member or friend of mine EVER buys a product from this business. I spent 5000 dollars to be told that this sofa is only for show and not to sit on by one of the employees. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

Lousy customer service. Will never purchase anything again from them again. The bedroom set that I purchased was sent out with damages in areas. When they brought a new headboard, it also was damaged. Now they are refusing to take everything back and cancel the purchase. Guess its going to take a judge to decide what the outcome is in this matter.

Bad place to shop for furniture. Once i bought a mirror and it came cracked and broken and they didnt want to give us our money backup Or replace it for a new one that was not broken And we Also purchased 2 couches and they said it was genuine leather and 2 years later the couches are ripping and peeling. I will never buy from there again.
