Highly dislike service. I can always expect to wait long to get help (3x with same pregnancy had to wait for a tape measure 15 min. and saw the girl we ask for help walk to take a break then come back and she didnt say anything, the next was waiting 15-20 min. to get someone in the back of the store to buy a chair. Someone had to be called 2x then the manager or head employee had to come to help.) *They are super slow.* The "Toys R Us" location is actually worse and not helpful. I have only been there 2x and each time felt silly being the second person in line and waiting so long. For what? And when I asked if they had a toy they just pointed and said "you can check over there in the figurine section". ??? The store is big! I dont know where. ??? :( I wish the management cared enough about the dignity of its employees, store and customers and trained employees well to give at least good service. It is just silly!! Enough you guys!

The worst customer service. The girls in charge is very rude. She gave me the hardest time with price matching an item. She took my phone to view the competitors price and tried to find any excuse to not price match it. She said she would have to charge me the online price plus shipping from the competitor ?!!!??!? I asked for my free kids cup that I should get for spending more that $25 and she told me I would have to return my 22 items and repurchase them to get it??? They are nuts!! Im not spending one more $1 there!! Second time this has happened

First time in a Babies R Us believe it or not. Very efficient shopping experience. Everything laid out very clearly, display models clearly available to explore different items for sale. Open floor plan, easy for the eyes to handle with all the new products if youre a new mom or dad. Very enjoyable experience!

Terrible experience in this store!!! Openly discussing customers over their headsets,poor LP training and it would appear poor management training. When I requested the corporate number I was told " they will just tell you to call the managers here anyways" I will not be spending another $1 in this store!!

Omg this is a 1 stop shop for everything needed & wanted for a baby, toddler. Nice furniture selection, wonderful choices of clothing, strollers,carseats, rockers, boucing seats, high chairs etc. A large area that has bottles, binkys, and baby gadgets!

I went there for breast pump for my ex girlfriend who had my child and the only one there it was within our price range was a cheap electric pump that was $40 well everything else was two three even four all the way up to $500

I went in to find a pair of shoes for my 9 month old son. The shoe sections was a DISASTER! It honestly looked like a toddler had gone through it. In addition it was poorly stocked.

Yes they have everything baby here however customer service is poor and most stuff is over priced. Checkout lines always very long. Been there 3 times, 2 out of 3 had issues.
