There were a couple of rooms in the downstairs part of the house that just werent warming up with the central heating. We decided to get a stand alone gas stove to solve the problem. Shopped around a bit, and decided on one from Sierra Timberline. They came out and installed the stove and it works perfectly. We also had an old wood burning fireplace insert in the main part of the house that we had not used due to safety concerns pointed out to us by the home inspector when we purchased the house. Because we were quite pleased with the stove downstairs, and particularly because Andrew had demonstrated superior and meticulous workmanship, we decided once again to choose Sierra Timberline for this much more complicated and expensive project. The project took a little time. The tear out of the old insert, which had been incorrectly installed, proved to be more complicated than originally expected. For a little while we were not quite sure that we had made a good choice. However, we are very pleased with the final result. Our new fireplace is beautiful and useful. I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra Timberline to anyone.

We love the Jotul Portland 500 gas stove we bought from Sierra Timberline, and they were top-notch professionals from start to finish. Dan was very welcoming but not pushy, guiding me around the showroom and answering all of my questions. He gave me brochures to take home and didnt try to sell me something when I wasnt ready to buy. My wife and I made our decision after studying the brochures, and everything went smoothly from there. We had a site inspection within a few days to plan the installation, and about a week later, Will and Willie came to put the stove in. They too were very professional, did a beautiful job, and Willie took the time to show me how to operate the stove and to answer my questions about maintenance and possible future options. They are wonderful folks at Sierra Timberline, and they offer outstanding products. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The crew at Sierra Timberline have gone far beyond my expectations in customer service. Starting with the installation of my beautiful hot tub. They have walked me through the process of learning to keep it clean and chemically balanced, always returning my calls and answering all my question. When I decided to purchase a stove there was no question who I would go with. I feel as though I am dealing with friends at Sierra Timberline, I know I will never be left hanging or with a product I am not 100% satisfied with, from the big purchases to the little decorative things that make my business more beautiful there is no fear buying from these guys. Just had a small propane heater installed today in our bedroom. We got some good discounts this time of the year. The man, Scott Holt, who came out to do the site inspection, turned out to the son of one of Rays Placer HS class mates. Very nice and did a very thorough inspection. So with the temperature in the 90s today, Brian and Jess came out and installed our heater. They came on time, were very friendly, got the job done first class. Brian did a very thorough job of going over the operation and features of the unit. They cleaned up very good. Sierra Timberline is lucky to have these three excellent employees. Now we look forward to the fall weather so we can use our brand new heater!

We just had WIll and Brian install our new fireplace and all I can say is wow! Weve spent the past 2 years remodeling our new house and have had countless "professionals" in our home. None have been as impressive as these 2 guys. They were young and ambitious, but demonstrated a complete mastery of their trade as if they had been doing it for decades. They were extremely professional and personable, taking time to answer my questions and concerns but never stopping forward progress. They were genuinely attentive to our needs and kept a very clean and orderly work-site. We were made to feel as if they truly wanted us to be happy and not just give them good reviews.

Sierra Timberline was wonderful! Jarad was so knowledgeable in helping us select just the right stove for our home, for fit, heat output, cost efficiency and price. Andrew then came to our home to explore what stove could fit in our home and which one would work best, providing ideas and options for placement and stove models. They ordered our stove for us and expedited the install date. Willy and Brian came and installed the stove with the same efficiency and knowledge all of the staff at Sierra Timberline possess. Ive been a customer of Sierra Timberline for almost 20 years now. Ive bought hot tubs, lawn furniture and propane gas stoves. Its always really nice to never have a problem with a purchase but its ever better when the company stands by you when theres a problem with a purchase. Our most recent purchase of a propane gas stove had a complex problem and after almost rebuilding the insides with no resolve.........Sierra Timberline has invited us back to replace the stove with our choice stove even a brand change at no extra cost to us. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up! Will and Willy installed a standalone gas stove for us which required running a gas line and re-routing a chimney. They were fantastic. They showed us everything, explained about placement of the stove, "offset" of the chimney, where the gas line would be, etc. and taught us how to do all the things with our new stove (remote control, turn on/off pilot, etc). The stove is beautiful and the hearth is cleaner after they left than it was when they arrived. Very impressed!

Have been interested in buying a hot tub before, this business would come up on google search and I pictured a tiny showroom with a token hot tub and a few other things... boy was I wrong. Excellent showroom full of hot tubs, fireplaces, furniture, and much more. Excellent staff. Within a few months I have bought a hot tub and and also got a gas stove tune up. Through the course of this I have met or dealt with at least 5-8 employees and ALL are fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, etc etc.
