Yesterday, I used their website to order a breast pump for in-store pick up. They charged me THREE times for that one item. When I called their customer service, I was told "You must be imagining things" and "You dont know what you are talking about". They even tried to tell me that the item hadnt shipped yet - when my wife had just gotten off the phone with me to let me know that she had picked it up. Needless to say, we wont be shopping at this company ever again - the items they sell can be easily purchased elsewhere with a minimum of hassle. Their offensive behavior and lack of care is not worth the convenience of their locations.

Worst experience ever the manager Sam is so rude and was looking at me like trash they even called a code "geoffrey" meaning potential thief on me not knowing I used to work for toys r us. I was dressed in ugly clothes because I just got back from the dog park, they treated me like dirt and Sam the Manager assumed I couldnt afford most of the stuff I was asking about. Thanks for the service, I will never be coming here again!

Teenage employees who dont care about anything. Ive had several bad experiences at this particular store, and the person who signed us up for a registry and store card never entered in any of our information, so the thousands of dollars we spent there dont count towards any rewards at all. Thanks for your lazy, not caring whatsoever attitude!

The service from the employees is generally good, however, the management team is horrible. Not friendly or useful at all! Ive been tempted not to go back at all because of them.

I enjoy coming to this BabiesRUs mainly because the staff stick to themselves and do not offer help unless you ask for it, plus this is a bigger location!
