I went and buy my very first laptop acer here 5years cost close to 500$ when one day in my screen says my windows are not genuine,means counterfeit my acer was just 2 and a half years old then.so i went and go back there have one of there technician fix it but he says he couldnt fix it.went home and have an online guy fix it but they want 150$ to fix it..so i didnt do it.so i just put it away.to me,u shouldnt be allowed to sale laptops like that thats deception.i will never buy anything there anymore.thats my last i swore.my friend bought a dell laptop the same time i got mine ang hers still working great.i wish i know then what the best laptop to buy.to all the buyers out there reserch first and ask questions on your friends before you buy stuff or u will get screwed.

The print center used to be efficient and fast. I dont know what happened. They told me that printing out and binding a short term paper would take a "couple of days". There was a grumpy old man who told me this. He seemed annoyed by my request. In the past, they cheerfully did it while I waited. I was going to give them a second chance and they couldnt be bothered to answer the phone. The Fedex Center is in the same parking lot in Auburn, CA. They are as good as Staples used to be. Ill be giving Fedex my business from now on.

This is the worst Staples I have been in. The customer service is non existent and they play Gang Rap on the loud system. I complained to the manager and he seemed amused. Never will I step foot in another Stapes anywhere in the country. This place is way over priced and they just dont give a damn about the customers. Its more like their play area and we just get in the way, The New Best Buy in Auburn is the place to get good service. And their prices are much much better. I will be a Best Buy Customer from now on.

I ordered a product from the copy center on Thursday. The friendly person who helped me said it would be ready by the end of the day. On Friday morning, I went in to pick it up. Not ready. They would call me when it was ready. Now its Tuesday at 1 PM. No call from Staples, so I called them. Im on hold...... 5 minutes.....6 minutes......7 minutes....8 minutes....Somebody picks up the phone to tell me that there is a long line at the copy center and nobody can take my call. They will call me. Or not.

I have had to leave the copy center twice now to go elsewhere for service. The employees are friendly, but always so busy that I either wait in line for at least 15 minutes, or Im told "it will be a couple of minutes" when Im the only one waiting at the counter. I have also stood three-deep in line and watched employees wander around the copy center, not looking at the customers in line, nor offering to help anyone. Very frustrating experience.

I took my computer in for repair on 2/22/13 & after taking the computer back 4 times & 2 weeks it still has problems. They were paid over $350.00. I spent hours at the store & at least 7 return trips trying to get it fixed. It is still not done & I will have to take to a real repair shop. They never offered a refund. This has turned into a computer nightmare. I will be taking them to court!!! Beware!!!

I called on a Saturday at 2pm and had to explain what I was looking for to 2 people before getting to talk to someone who could help. I was on hold for well over 10 minutes just to be told they didnt carry the item. It was very frustrating to me as I had limited time to find the item. It was also a waste of cell phone minutes - at 45 cents a minute. They wasted my money, so to say.

Did not sell envelopes separately. I didnt like that because I only needed one. Liked that I didnt have to put cash on a staples card like at kinkos in order to use copier. Much simpler to just insert credit card into copier slot. The clerk was a little weird, but helpful.

Three people walked past me never once asking me did I need help. Aparently, Jonathan doesnt know how to describe furniture. Wasted my gas when I couldve ordered from the store I was out. Will never do business with this location again. First and last time here.

Very poor customer service in the print department. Have waited three days now for a simple print job of 25 pages front and back. If you dont have enough employees to handle the volume of work do some hiring.
