If I could give 0 stars I would. This "national" company is pathetic. I made an online appointment more than two-weeks in advance, and it was "postponed" a week since their one and only technician called in sick the day of my appointment. Then he doesnt bother to show up on the reschedule date despite multiple calls and reminder emails. DO NOT USE THE SEARS HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR. THEY ARE USELESS. Oh, and people at their call center do not understand - or speak - the English language very well, either. HOW PATHETIC.

Some of the nicest down to earth people you will ever meet. They even had my hard to find LP Kit for my dryer... Not to mention the owners really care about their customers.
