Whoever was answering incoming phonecalls at this location on Tuesday December 21st 2010 at 9:15 am was the absolute most awful customer service I have ever had in my life. She sounded a little older. Constantly cutting me off when trying to explain something or asking a simple question. She should be working in the back stocking so nobody has to face the monster who is either miserable with her life or just extremely rude. I asked for her name so I could give a review but she refused to give me her name because apparently she does not give her name out to guests. Then I said...well arnt you wearing a name tag anyways? She said yes but still refused to give me her name. Probably because she knows she would get written up because she knows she was extremely rude for no reason. Redicous gross unwelcoming personality. Doesnt matter if this Target is nice or clean....I will never be going there. I have never written a bad review on someone in my life. I dont even write reviews. But I am in hopes one of her managers will see this and give her customer service lesson 101!

This is a pretty nice Target, with well stocked shelves and a pretty typical variety. Restrooms are normally pretty clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The layout makes sense for the most part, and I dont struggle a lot to find what I need to. I am not impressed with the Cartwheel app, as it normally doesnt work. Thankfully, the cashiers now have the ability to override and honor the advertised deals. Still an annoying system, though. But that is not unique to this branch. There is a Starbucks inside with a pleasant area to sit and relax at. I do not like the parking lot. Closer spaces are extremely limited and most of them are handicap. Its like they put the entrance / exit on the wrong side of the building, right next to the nearest parking lot intersection, where there is the most traffic and the least parking. Still, it isnt terrible, just mildly annoying every time I have to park way out for a quick trip. The Target itself is pretty nice, but the neighborhood is so-so. Be mindful of your surroundings, as you should be anywhere you go, really.

Had to walk across the store three times just to find an item. I asked about ordering online items and the employees straight up assumed what I was thinking and went off on some random tangent. Went to the customer service desk and they were able to tell me where it was. I grabbed it off the shelf and noticed it was a dollar more than the online price the customer service desk told me. After getting booted out of two cashier lines and waiting forever for the chashieress to scan EVERY bill handed to her. She refused to price match it. She said they have to be verified. Well jokes on you I left my phone charging because it was almost dead. She didnt try to verify it for me. I told her that I could get the customer service desk to verify it for her. After she realized she was holding up the horribly long line even worse than before she took the stinking dollar off. Its your own goddamn site and you cant even verify yourself? Stop arguing with customers, ugh.

after bagging customer purchases the checkers in this store rarely put the bags in your cart. they say its store policy. its NOT I asked. I went the to customer service desk and complained about the lack of service and the woman there stated its not store policy for checkers to be SO LAZY! Consider this...we have spent our hard earned money in your store, which also supports your job. show a litte customer service and help those who have mobility issues and the older folks. I have seen young healthy people let old ladys struggle with putting bags in their carts. Remember, if youre lucky, someday you too will be that old person on the other side of the counter in need of a little consideration. the store itself is fine but the majority of the checkers need some updated customer service training.

Earlier today a good friend of mine dropped me off in front of the Target store on Sunrise Blvd. in Citrus Heights. All in all it was a very pleasurable shopping experience. The store was super clean and tidy, several employees were walking around the store asking if I needed any help, which felt good. I was there because my family made sure I was loaded for bear this Christmas with Target gift cards. I walked the store while shopping and found everything very organized and well placed. The store had all 5 things I went there for in stock, big bag of cat food, a 24 pack of canned cat food, some aloe shave gel, new cat collar and a universal remote control for all my entertainment devices. I didnt have one issue, nor one problem with this store and is part of the reason I will keep coming back!

This Target is nicer than most. I do all my Target shopping here, primarily because of their pharmacy and proximity to home. Unfortunately, this Target will never be more than just satisfactory because customers are not its focus. The temperature is always too warm and the bathroom is always a mess. The primary reason I shop here the pharmacy. In recent years, it has been necessary to visit the pharmacy often and this store has techs that understand the process this has been and make it easier. Jerry has been instrumental and I appreciate all of the ladies that work along side him.

The bathrooms were a Mess! Toilet paper everywhere and God knows what bodily fluids on the walls of the stalls! Also a mess, wheres the Starbucks seating area which had trash all over the ground; and the glass that separates you from their coffee machines was filmy and had dried splatter marks all over them. Also more than half an hour before closing I stood waiting for about five minutes only to have the girl tell me there was no fresh coffee or any coffee for that matter. A Starbucks that has no coffee what the hell!?!

The staff is very friendly and they keep the store pretty clean. This Target has a grocery Center inside and like all Targets the prices are quite reasonable. My wife really enjoys the fact that they have a Starbucks in the store too. The folks that work there really dont know much about their products but I think thats pretty much across the board at Walmart and Target anyway. This store is across the street from the Sunrise Mall and is next to many great stores such as Barnes & Noble and Michaels.

This place is great, always nice people, great customer service! I love how you can actually find some stationary cheaper here than at other stores! They dont carry every food youll need, but theyre not a grocer so its still a great place for a drop in. Its always really clean too, which is a hard fear considering how messy customers can be! The Starbucks offers nice selections too.

Dont like the service I had with a particular employee, she was working in the fitting room, probably thought I was stealing or something, and confused my shyness and awkwardness for being suspicious, and I didnt enjoy her attitude when I ask her for my bag I left on the counter for her to watch, other then that, I dont mind going to this place, its like my walmart for me, lol.
