A mostly Korean foods supermarket with some Japanese and other Asian products as well. All of the Korean foods and spices that youd imagine, lots of kinds of packaged ramen, sauces & marinades, hot chilies, rices & dried beans. Asian kitchenwares as well- knives, rice cookers, pots and strainers, good quality snap lid containers, etc etc etc. A decent selection of Korean and Japanese beer and liquor as well- sake, soju, shochu, plum wine, etc etc. A well stocked and very reasonably priced produce department with many staples that youd find in a western supermarket and also lots of cabbages, radishes, shishito peppers, greens, garlic sprouts, bean sprouts and other assorted "Asian" specific produce. Good meat and fresh seafood counter with live lobsters in a tank and an assortment of frozen/ thawed fish and shellfish, fresh & frozen beef and pork sliced for Korean BBQ and shabu-shabu (etc) as well as high grade fresh tuna (o-toro), bonito and salmon (etc) for sashimi. Fresh/ frozen noodles, dumplings etc etc and a very nice kimchi bar with a very good assortment of freshly made Korean pickles sold in bulk by weight. At the other end of the store is a bakery typical of the kind youd see in Japan or Korea- very well made French style individual breads and pastries- grab a tray and tongs, fill it up and go to the cashier. The front of the store has several stalls selling high end Korean & Japanese cosmetics, diet tonics, fat loss gizmo machines, cell phones and accessories as well as a few quick service cafes with sushi, noodles etc. If you live anywhere near Northridge and are culinarily or culturally curious, definitely go here and spend some time and some cash. Access to places like this is why we live in the big city. Huge parking lot outside, parking is not an issue.

I looked all over for a place where I can buy sushi grade fish until I found the Galleria Market in Northridge. Being a trained gormet chef I was disheartened when a nearby gelsons didnt carry a good stock, luckily a butcher at a nearby albertsons told me about this place. They have filets from a pound and up of all types of fresh fish. Although I was the only white guy in there the staff was very helpful and curtious to me. You got to check this place out!

I had a few bad experice with this market. I have purchased red beans and shelf price tag says $4.99 and charged me of $5.99. I was sent to the manager and she gave me a refund of $1.00. However, she was really rude. I was trying to write a check but they did not accept my check because it was trust account. It was my personal trust account with my own name was on the check and these poeple think this was company check. There are more & more.......

It stinks when you walk inside and I do not like that they have a lot of live food in the back to kill to eat, and many weird things that is part of their diet too BUT they have burdock root which is good for the blood and some other things that I enjoy purchasing. There have been an influx of aLOT of Korean people in Northridge! Enough with the churches though, there are too many everywhere already!

First time buyer for sushi.... workers will not help you because they dont speaking english. I opened rise home and inside was full of bugs. I went back talk with to manager and yes I ask for some credit. He was very RUDE {his name is Kvalt something like that} I feel like I did something wrong, so I left this store with rise and bugs. BLEEEEEEEEEEE VERY BAD SERVICE

Galleria is a good Korean market here in the valley. They carry a wide range of Asian vegetables and ingredients to use in your recipes. If you feel like making some Korean BBQ, you can pick up prepackaged fresh KBBQ meat and sides for pretty cheap! There is also a food court inside with a few restaurants if you want to get a bite to eat before or after shopping.

I love their various products from Korea. One of my favorite is Korean Ramen. However their SunDae순대 is not good. I wish they make really good 순대 chewy kind... They also sell many different hot dishes ready to be eaten. When it past 8 or 9pm? Hot foods are on sale. I think it is pretty good deal if you are single person who need food ASAP.

An amazing selection of Korean groceries with a little bit of Japanese goods. Theres a bakery with good quality bread and cake (they make fresh batches of bread everyday), an eyeglass/sunglass store (very friendly and knowledgeable about what style suits you), Verizon store, and a food court (among other things).

We are adventurous eaters and absolutely love trying what Galleria Market has to offer. There are lots of foods that we have tried and love, but we always make sure to purchase something new to us and give it a shot. More often than not, we are glad we tried it. Cant say enough about Galleria Market.

This is my one-stop-Asian-shop in SFV. So far, I havent found one that can compete. Its large and has a good selection. Theres also a good court, random shops, and a delicious bakery in the building. I come here for my sushi grade tuna and salmon, mainly. I love having sushi at home!

Korean food market located in the North valley. Lots of Asian ingredients if you need something specific and 99 Ranch doesnt have it (or is too far if youre stopping here first). Good produce. Lots of fish. Small food court and other shops in the front of the store.

Love Korean food and market choices! They even have a small good court that ranges from noodles, beff bugogi to tofu soup for all you vegans out there, just make sure you have the beef removed from your soup.

I havent eaten the food here yet was just being nostalgic since this used to be the site of zodys department store in the sixties and early seventies. Hope you all enjoy the market and food and God love you.

The Galleria is awesome and I would shop here everyday if I could. In addition to the market there is also the small collection of Asian restaurants that offer a quick, though somewhat expensive, bite.

Good place to shop for hard to find Asian grocery items. Prices are good, but the fish area is near the front, so you have to get beyond the smell.
