So we have purchased 2 brand new cars here and have never had a better experience! We initially bought a 2014 Honda Accord Touring at Selma Honda. NEVER GO THERE! We paid cash and they ripped us off. They didnt give us one discount! But enough about Selma ... Al (sales guy) took care of us the first time! Awesome man. Really cares. Then Adam took care of us the second time only because Al wasnt there :( (he told us the next day he would have come in on his day off for us ... What a guy! ) and Adam was great too. See them for sales. Denise is awesome in service! Shes the best. Love her. Overall this has been an amazing experience working with Kastner! Mr. Kastner himself has even greeted us each time. Love this place! Tell them Kevin and Andrea sent you! :)

UPDATE: Outstanding customer service I came here to buy a used car. I had a bad experience at first with a sour deal, but then Bill gave me a call and apologized. He told me he wants to make it right and help me find a great car. Kastner really seems like a stand up guy. I am glad to be giving Kastner Honda a second chance! (Old review, no longer valid) We made a deal on a used SUV. They "didnt have all the paper work ready" so they made us sign for and promise that we would hold our end of the deal and pay $12400. We come back in the next day to finish the paper work and now magically, the car needs work done to it and "We cant sell it to you for that price anymore." We walked out before they could try anything

I asked for a simple oil, lube, filter and agreed to having the battery changed in my key. When I got the estimate I thought, "man, prices have really gone up!" I thought the way the estimate was, was the way it had to be done. I get that I should have asked questions because I did not understand the estimate, and I did not. I think Honda has the responsibility to let the customer know what is on the estimate, and what that covers. Kaster did things that were NOT needed. If the customer service guy had explained what was on the estimate I would have declined all that was on the estimate except what I had asked for. Very poor customer service. So disappointed.

"OMG" I love this place. Soloman, Adam, Mike went totally above and beyond to get the car of color and model I wanted. They are so awesome and patient and aim to please!! I just bought my first Honda CR-V from them on 3/31/17 and I could not of asked for better service! I can not say enough good things about the service there. Plus I had accessories to be put on and was called in a few days for the work to be done and the staff was so efficient and quick. They are just wonderful. I would totally buy from them again. Great dealer. Has always treated me fairly and never been late working on our cars (2 Hondas). Indeed most times the service is completed before I expect it to be. They are the main reason when we buy our next car we will be looking very hard at a another Honda.
