I had an awful experience here back in December. I have hesitated writing this because I really dont want to defame anyone but every time I drive past the dealership I am still angered so I think its due time...Ill keep it brief though: First, I felt pressured from the get go. I understand the ABCs of car sales--Always Be Closing--but when I told my sales person, Dave, that I had to leave and handle personal things aside from car sales--which I had told him before we even started--he wouldnt let me go. I was 15 late for an appointment simply from trying to get out the door. I told him that I was coming back. That I wanted the car. But I had to go and he prevented that. Still, a man of my word I went back. I told Dave (whose co worker alerted me that this was his first car sales gig and he came from door to door vacuum sales just prior) that I wanted it and I made an offer. He proceeded to go talk to finance and came out and told me he could get me a deal if I could afford x amount of $ monthly. He never countered my numbers so I assumed they agreed. The payment was acceptable so I proceeded..... Underhanded B.S. I went in to finance with Mike, who was WONDERFUL and the only positive part of my experience. What Mike shows me is a sale price higher than what I offered. AND HIGHER THAN WHAT THE DEALERSHIP COUNTERED WITH. Dave NEVER gave me a counter offer, he just said that we had a deal. Mike proceeded to tell me that we can void all signatures and tear up the deal if I wanted. Dave then tells me, "yea but I got you a warranty..." (which they agreed upon before I made an offer) to which mike said "Dave thats totally separate." I was furious. But as my rental car time was over and it was 2 days before Christmas, I just wanted out of there. So I finished the deal. Before I left I tried to approach Dave but he hid from me. I had to track him down. He didnt give a thank you, he just hid. Then I proceeded to reach out to Management. Pat tells me "oh well Dave said the deal was based on payment not sale price". To which I referred him back to the paperwork that had their signatures on it. The one that offered a deal lower than what I actually was charged. Pat then responded with "I can assure you this wont happen again." HOW DOES THAT FIX A PROBLEM? Pat offered no solution whatsoever. Just that it wont happen to someone else. And then sent me off with an empty tank, bad windshield wipers and a filthy car that they had "just certified". I was told to come get a tank of gas and some windshield wipers. I SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO COME BACK. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yesterday I received a friendly service reminder from Dave. You guys should really pay attention and take me off your email list. It would have saved you some face. Hopefully at least one person reads this before you complain about me leaving bad reviews (which are totally accurate). Thanks and I hope this serves you well in your pursuit of a new vehicle. The Toyota dealership next door was super nice and accommodating. I should have bought another RAV4

This is the place to go!!! I purchased my new Murano (my 3rd new car in my lifetime) just few days ago and the entire process was smooooooth sailing!!! I want to give the utmost props to ADAM KANE who was...no...IS exceptional in creating the best experience Ive EVER had buying a vehicle. Hes no smooth talker...even better, he was down to earth, courteous, informative, and very knowledgeable. He worked with me on what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I wanted and he got things done with my time in mind. In meeting other folks there, I had the sense that everyone at Napa Nissan will no doubt give you the same treatment and attention to your needs and thoughtful of your time. A special hats off to Adams boss, PAT for working with me on the financials which essentially made the purchase an ease! I came all the way from San Jose to purchase my vehicle at Napa Nissan...IT WAS WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!!! I highly recommend that this must be the first place you look for your next new Nissan! Take my word for it!!

The repair shop of Napa Nissan lied and said they installed a new part on our Sentra which they did not. Our 2005 Sentra needed a new swirl control valve, a part that was under warranty, so we took the car in for repair. I got the car back after the so-called repair and two days later the check engine light came back on again. Instead of taking the car back to the Napa Nissan, we took the car to the Fairfield Nissan and told them the light was on. They diagnosed the car with the same problem as before (the one that the Napa dealership claimed to have fixed). The job took four hours and they replaced the entire intake manifold. I know that Napa Nissan lied because their work took one hour and I could tell the intake manifold had not been replaced. The part was under warranty and not a crucial part for the car to operate, but I do not like being lied to. Thanks

I took my car to their service department for an oil change on Aug 15. Before taking the car, I borrowed an audio book from library and placed it on the passenger seat next to the drivers. It took almost an hour for the service to get completed after which I directly drove my car to pick up my child from school. I was halfway when I noticed the audio book missing. I knew that it was not the dealerships responsibility for anything thats missing after picking up my vehicle after service. But as far as trust, the dealerships is questionable and unreliable. It was only an audio book and I am not expecting for it to show up anymore. Whats worse is I am going to end up paying $50 for it. I would never take my car for any service to this place and I am going to discourage anyone I know to go to this place.

I recently leased a 2013 Leaf from Napa Nissan. I worked with Mike. He was totally up front and honest. I negotiated over the email. He was able to locate the car I wanted at the deal I wanted. When I came to the dealership I was in and out of there in probably an hour. Everybody was extremely nice and low key. They stood by the deal they offered with no attempt to up sell or change anything. The lease papers were exactly right and signing was simple. We set the car up online for the telematics required for the car, and off I went! Just a terrific experience. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with a car purchase!

I just bought my 4th auto from Napa Nissan. The price was less then any other dealer in the North Bay. Vince,Kieth,Mike and the team there are all very professional. This has got to be the most low pressure place to buy a car, they let you think about it before you sign. I know my wife and I will buy our 5th car there as well. The service (parts) Dept. also does a great job. Bill,Walt,Russ & Sergio always make sure to do it right the first time. I dont know for sure but I think this place has the lowest turnover rate for employees. So if people like to work there they must be doing some thing right!!
