Had a great Harbor Freight experience today, in two different stores. Needed a very special low profile jack, and harbor freight only has one model that fits this special need. The first store/Tustin did not have it, but the Harbor Freight employee was very helpful in helping me locate a store near by that did, and was very pleasant to work with. The second store/Anaheim was over the top friendly, as soon as I walked in, and continued to offer excellent service from beginning to end. The service was so good it actually changed my whole day in a positive way. Great job guys! Thank you, Michael

worse experience ever. waited around for like 35 minutes asking staff for help. they kept bouncing me off to the next staff. i even waited in line and asked the register if there was anyone available to further assist me and they kind of forgot about me just standing there. the guy wearing ear rings even went to the back room right after he said he would help me find the attachments for the welder that i purchased there. ridiculous behavior as employees and do not recommend place to anyone. wrong reviews here. its poor quality service!!!!

Everyone loves harbor freight for their prices and I can see why. These tools are crazy cheap! Their measurement tools arent so great though so steer away from the torque wrenches and micrometers. Hand tools are definitely what you want to get here.
