I printed out the page for a hose I wanted to buy from the ACE web site. I went to my local ACE on Spring and found the hose in stock. The price in the store was $84.99. I showed the page from the web site to the clerk because the price was listed at $59.99. She disappeared for a while and when she returned she said that they were a franchise and did not have to honor the posted ACE price. She went on to say that if I wanted that price I would have to order it on line. That didnt happen. I went to my local Ganahl Lumber where they had the exact same hose for the $59.99 it is supposed to cost. I try to support my local small businesses but when they are price gouging to the tune of an extra $25.00 for a garden hose I have to say enough is enough.

Went in to get a brass fitting. tried 3 other hardware stores, each store spent a few min going through various fittings and trying to figure out the right size only to leave more confused than when i started. At this store, the gentleman was able to help me within seconds. 10 min later I got the part I need and saved an expensive handyman call.

Great store. What I like is that if they dont have it they know where to send you.They take the time to go over your project wiith you like its their own. Customer service beyond expectations not like at the Big Box where you chase around the aisles to find someone and turns out they know anything.

Great place, chock full of everything you want and even some things you didnt know that you want, but were glad you knew where to find them. Only place I could find the wide mouth quart mason jars.

They have a big array of items from bird seed to plumbing items, but they didnt have the grommets I was looking for today, but I usually find what I need. Nice staff.

Small shop with everything you could need and friendly staff eager to help. Only downside is because theyve packed a lot in a small space, it can feel cramped.
