I went into this store on a long shot, not really expecting to find what I was looking for. Within minutes I was able to locate exactly what I had hoped to find so that when the clerk offers his assistance, I kindly decline. So pleased I was in this moment that I venture to take a look around and I notice the key making station. The same clerk was there, along with the cashier and some other dude. I ask the clerk for his help in removing three keys to be copied. I tell him I need a total of five keys and he repeats back my request, just to confirm and then proceeds to hand the keys over to another guy. I figure that I dont need to wait and continue to look around, I find out later that I couldnt have been more wrong! Having picked up a few other items I go to check out, the clerk tells me my keys are all in the bag. It wasnt until I go out to my car when I find only two of my original keys had been copied. My pad lock key was just gone altogether. I go back in and tell the cashier and she insists they were in the bag. With key guy, standing right there I ask about my other key. He just stares at me with not one glimmer of recognition. I turn to the clerk, who was my only hope and think surely he must remember me or my key. I am shocked when he simply states, "there were 10". Ten?? He is useless, Deep breath, I am feeling a darkness enter the store as I stand there while the guy who made the key and this ugly cashier both just look at me and tell me there was nothing they can do and they meant that, literally. The clerk, the key maker, the cashier did NOTHING to acknowledge my concerns let alone actually finding my key! They did however, completely dismiss me, and that was when I thought, these people are trying to make me look absolutely crazy! I go back to my car, no key, I go back in with determination but honestly not knowing how bad this situation was going to get. I make a plea, once again to the cashier but her nature is just rude and perhaps evil. I count to ten, take another deep breathe...I feel eerily calm and I just know Im about to lose it. I so dont want to go there, the countdown begins but thank Jesus for divine interventions! Suddenly, I hear someone say, "Is this your Brinks key"? I look up by the key making machine to see this older woman, a clerk that I hadnt seen before. I swear she just came out of nowhere. I say "yes, yes it is. Thank you so very much". I leave thanking God to be out of that weird, wicked place and even happier to escape the potential horror show of losing ones temper. I honestly dont know what was going on with these people. What they did was so shockingly unnatural and so random, a most frightening the experience, indeed. Buyer Beware!
