My first visit to this store was great until the very end. The stores clean and well organized, cashiers were very friendly but the one skinny caucasian guy working at the wood cutting section just ruined it. Im not going to get into details but as I was walking away he says a racist remark.

Upside is that the employees are gracious, helpful, and are great with me about returning items. Also, the lines seem to move more quickly than they used to. Downside is that they are quite often out-of-stock on items. So, call before you go if you know exactly what you need.

Went here to look for a trash can as I was already passing by and had never been to DYI Center before. They have a small selection compared to bigger hardware stores and also DYIs prices overall seem to be higher. Otherwise store is good, employees are friendly and helpful.

Priced higher than Osh and twice as high Home Depot or Lowes. A couple of the workers know what they are doing and the rest are just receiving a pay check. If you have the extra time, go to the bigger stores.

Ive been going to this do it center for many years and everytime i go in there they have new employees, Why? This tells me something about management, thats why ill be going to OSH from now on
