This True Value store is near my new home, so I decided to check it out. It is very nice to have a hardware store so close, and for a quick small purchase, it beats driving the extra 1-2 miles to the nearest HD or Lowes store. Also, because it is not a "mega store", I can get in and out very quickly. The selection is reasonable, too, considering its smaller size. Finally, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Two separate employees asked me if I needed assistance. Everyone at the store just seems to get along with each other and this creates a good atmosphere for customers.

I went in for some hard to find metric bolts. I was helped immediately upon entering the store and the clerk helped me find the bolts I needed. A much better experience than what you get at the big stores.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Took his time and tested my circuit breaker so i wouldnt spend my money in vain where the big store would have sold it to me irregardless.

they are pricey just go down to the home depot which is down the street for a good mile and a half much better prices, i only went to get my screens repaired
