经理态度非常差预订了个马桶配件时间长达接近两个月没有任何人回复我告诉我没有这个配件了我来了以后说退款经理态度很差告诉我得去查一下如果邮出来了是退不了的我就问他为什么这么多天没有通知我我要是一年不来你也不会告诉我吧最终告诉我那个配件没货给我退款妈的两个月的答案呼吁不要去她家

My grandfather has had an account with this place for decades and he and his building manager are both given excellent service. I went with him recently and while the first guy we spoke with sent us in the wrong direction (which was because he was helping someone else and had taken a second to ask us what we were looking for) the second guy brought us to the right place and gave us advice about the pipe clamp we were buying. Then the cashier was very friendly and said she knew our building manager, which was very nice! This place is great if you want a less generic hardware store.

This used to be the place to get knowledgeable advice for everything home. The advice and knowledge was always why I was okay with paying a little extra. I was told over the phone the glass I wanted was not suitable for appliance use even after I explained the glass would be for a curio cabinet. Apparently the person on the other end of the phone doesnt know what a curio cabinet is. If Im going to be BSd, Id rather pay less and go to a big box store like Home Depot or Lowes.

Been here plenty of times. I always have questions about something. The people here are very helfpul in every way. I dont go to Lowes or Home Depot anymore. Trying to get help at the big places can take a long time. Then, half the time the person that helps you doesnt know what your talking about and cant offer any advice. Mission Hardware is a quick and painless experience. Highly recommend to anybody who needs help with any project.

I was looking for some parts for our shower valve: o-rings, shorter screws. The lady who helped me got up on the ladder, found the parts and asked me if I needed anything else... Oh yeah, hoses for the washing machine. She walked me over and left me alone to choose. Always, helpful and open 7 days! Just drive in & out, always have cashiers ready to check you out. Great place...

This is the place to get duplicate keys at a cheap price, 50 pennies. The service is fast and great. They sell stuff that one might not find at Home Depot or Lowes. I have to say, the workers had great knowledge about what I was asking and was able to help me out. Thumbs Up!!

Living in the area, I always prefer to come here rather than the big box hardware stores. Yes, the price is more than the larger stores but getting in and out quickly is worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful.
