Its great having this store super close to home now. Im always in need of something during projects and they generally have it. Better than always driving to Home Depot. Maybe a tad more expensive but good quality tools and hardware selection. All the staff is super friendly, but not super savvy. The reason Im inclined to write is the one annoyance I have with this place... Im there all the time for something quick and I know what Im looking for, yet Ill have multiple people multiple times ask me if need help or what Im looking for, I feel hounded sometimes, just let me shop, I dont always know exactly what Im looking for until I see it either. Not a deal breaker, but for me, an annoyance. A greeting is great, but if I need help with something Id rather ask someone.

Service is old school and excellent. Cant think of a time I walked through the door without being greeted. More importantly asked if I needed help and actually providing it with a positive attitude. I live close and have made this my preferred choice before going to the massive depot for my home. Even if I could save a few bucks elsewhere I prefer to support this well run local store that puts service first. Wide selection and usually have what I need.

I Love this store! Fast, courtesy excellent customer service! Always find what Im looking for plus the Bonus of having a lot of Sale items Of good quality merchandise!! Enjoy shopping there more than the Big H/D, Lowes ect.. No help & wasted time finding items! 2 Thumbs up!

May I suggest getting the older gentleman (sorry dont know his name) off of keys. Off of the register. And have him stick to door greeting. I came here because you were closer and smaller and maybe easier to deal with. Two visits, both poor experiences. Ill stick to Home Depot.

Excellent selection of stainless steel bolts and screws. Have good selection of items but not everything. Hit n miss sometimes. Excellent customer service to help you - they will find you to help and not the other way around!

They dont keep stock on a lot of plumbing and electrical and the employees arent trade savvy.
