I used to visit this store almost on a daily basis , and since Ive moved a few more blocks away I will still shop here for the service from the nicest staff and crew , because no matter if its your 100th visit or your 1st they greet you by name and treat you like an old friend and neighbor . They have a great many hard to find products and better deals and prices on more items the our local home and hardware stores . And if for whatever reason they cant help you they will exhaust their efforts to find a place or direct you to the peoples that can ! They are the truest in person to person skills and are very quality aware . And for these reasons alone I will always return to and reccomend this Ace Hardware Store to any and all I can ! They are real people with real hearts and they have become real friends ! Thanx for the love , the kindness , your help and service and all your great smiles all those years ! Dont miss out on this neighborhood gem! Its closer, its faster and its sometimes cheaper than the big stores. Living in Huntington Harbour, this place is perfect and has so many little things you need. They always say hello and will personally help you find whatever you need. I love the selection of nuts and bolts that are sold individually and they will find the size and type you want.

After going to The Home Depot and feeling confused about what I needed to fix my shower I went to Ace Hardware. Not only did they have what I needed but they told me how to do it. They also let me rent a tool, that the Home Depot wanted me to buy, that I would never use again. I will now go to Ace Hardware, before the Home depot.

Fabulous service. Just ask, and they will take you directly to what you are looking for. Always friendly. Another plus...they allow you to borrow the Moen cartridge removal tool for free. Less selection than the big stores, but the service is the best. Have been going there for years.

Very hipster hardware store. I generally dont do too many hardware/electronics projects and my noob-ness about soldering wires and hot glue sticks was not an issue. Very friendly staff and the enthusiasm of maker geeks around me makes me feel this place is like a religion.

I just return a plastic roll that never used less than a week after, and the guy on the clerk, give me a hard time to exchange for something else, he allmost pull out to measure tape to check if I used some piece of it, defenetly never go back to that store

Friendly, helpful staff with reasonable prices. The other guy that claims their rude...well perhaps they were having a bad day or perhaps the reviewer was a rude too and they spoke English just fine.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF THAT CANT BE BEAT They dont carry the same items as lets say Home Depot, but theres always someone right there to help and in/out faster then the big stores

They are always willing to help. They have different items than Home Depot. If I cant find it at the big 2 stores I go here. Prices arent bad. Park in the alley behind the store.
