By gosh, its nice to shop at OSH Orchard Supply Hardware, formerly OSH before they dropped the acronym, services the hardware/houseware/nursery needs at the former location of Tall Mouse. Being smaller than the bigger box stores, Orchard is easy to navigate, with its organized aisles & meticulously kept signage, w/o feeling lost or in a maze of sorts. Upon entering for our first visit, we were warmly greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. A few employees also offered assistance with finding products while perusing the aisles. Lots of interesting items varying from department to department, including mason/leafcutter beehives from Crown Bees. The nursery had a layout that was easy to traverse. Unfortunately, being more intimate in scope than a Home Depot or Lowes, means not much in terms of selection. The fruit trees on hand, in particular, were underwhelming. I mainly saw citrus for sale. I believe customers can special order trees, though Im not for certain. A good stock of bagged soils & other amendments are at the ready, and customers just have to get the tag & the helpful employees will load it up for you. Organic items are well represented, including Dr. Earth products. Email club members receive- $5 off a purchase of $25+ for signing up $5 store credit during their birthday month On top of that, taking the online receipt survey also gets you $5 off a purchase of $50+ If that isnt enough, Orchard has weekend specials where they pay the sales tax! Having everything neatly organized, great service from friendly & helpful employees & without big box crowds in sight, Orchard Supply Hardware is a great alternative when looking for nursery & home products. I left impressed with the staff, the products & the reasonable prices. I will certainly plan on coming back to redeem the rewards Ive earned. Heres to your home & garden! Highly recommend!

The most friendly staff, they even double check you are ok even if they told you the right information the first time. Prices are great, always sales, and free club members discounts...they often have tax on us sales...its not as big as Lowes or Home Depot...and thats a good thing! You still get all you need and want...and with a great staff behind it. Love it! Keep it up guys!

Amazing customer service. A cheerful staff that was always available to help with any questions. Even had one employee come out to help me with the stripped screw in my car that I was struggling with after several visits to find the right tools. They went above and beyond and whenever I need tools I will be buying from here. Thank you!

My fiancee and I recently moved to the neighbourhood and needed to pick up a few items for our new flat. This place had everything we needed, from paints to basic wiring materials and adhesives. Service was excellent and the atmosphere unique. Im glad we have a reliable and well-stocked hardware store nearby.

Staff is so helpful and will address your every need. Everything is easy to find, if you cant find it, someone is there to help. Orchards in Cerritos is my go to store. Try and get individual help at Home Depot or Lowes; well worth the few pennies more at Orchards.

I gotta say this store has very very very good air conditioning. So if its a hot summer day this is a great store to shop for your home and enjoy the super nice air conditioning. You can almost wear a jacket in hot summer while inside this store!

I used to go to an orchard when I lived in sjc. Glad they came to the neighborhood. I can easily stop for HW necessities. Unfortunately, they dont carry some specialty items so you may end up at home depot in the end. Best to call.

Found what I was looking for but this location rarely has customers so the sales people tend to be overly helpful and follow you around waiting to help should the need arise. Kinda expensive too.
