HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, FOR THIS TO BE MY "NEIGHBORHOOD RITEAID" AND VISITING THIS LOCATION ON A DAILY BASIS. MY FIRST TIME USING THE PHARMACY HAS CONVINCED ME NEVER TO DO BUISNESS HERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN FOR ICECREAM. WENT TO FILL A SIMPLE PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DENSIST. THE PHARMACIST ASKED HAVE I BEEN THERE BEFORE I TOLD HER YEARS AGO NOT SURE IF IM STILL IN THE SYSTEM. SHE SAID I WASNT THEN ASKED FOR MY INSURANCE CARD. I STATED I DIDNT HAVE ONE OTHER THEN KIASER, SHE WENT ON TO TELL ME I HAD TO GO TO KIASER AND SHE COULDNT HELP ME. I WAS CONFUSED SO I ASKED HER IF MY DENTAL INSURANCE IS DIFFERENT FROM MY MEDICAL THEN WHY CANT I PAY CASH FOR THE FEW PILLS. SHE SAID "WELL YOU CAN BUT I CANT HELP YOU WITH OUT YOUR INSURANCE CARD SO YOU HAVE TO GO TO KIASER TO FILL IT. SHE PUT MY INFO BACK ON THE TABLE AND LEFT..... WENT TO WALGREENS, WAS PUT IN THE SYSTEM, SHE ASKED FOR INSURANCE, DIDNT HAVE IT, NOT A PROPLEM PAID CASH AFTER MY 15 MINUTE WAIT.. I AM NOW A FULLY COMMITTED WALGREENS CUSTOMER. NEVER WILL GO TO RIGHT AID EVER AGAIN.

Inhuman and Rude stuff !! Diffently they should find a job in another field. I was sent to this location because they open till 10 and I was in need for my medication. Wen I called I explained to the inhuman person over the phone what is the story and I clearly explained that I need my medication and that Ive been sent to this location to pick them up BUT she replied in very rude way that she doesnt care what other pharmacist said ! She insisted that she cant fill prescription till the next day!!! RITE AID WORST PHARMACY EVER. Ive been CVS customers for the last year and never ever treated this way. Unfortunately I have to deal with this trushy people till I change my insurance. Wish I can put mines 5 !!!

My son had a prescription called in by his doctor. I went the next day to get it (wasnt serious) and was told it wouldnt be ready til 3pm. I went at 9am. This isnt the first time. Once I had to wait inside for over an hour while they just talked amongst each other and slowly filled prescriptions. ( It was supposed to have been done 2 hours previous) Theres one girl thats always very friendly. The pharmacist is NEVER around.

Dont go to this location unless you enjoy waiting for 3 hrs just to have your medication filled with a different manufacturer (different pill size and color) and then have to drive to another Rite Aid across town and wait for another 30 min. The pharmacist was not helpful at this location and was also rude. This experience makes me want to leave Rite Aid completely.

Store workers were friendly but i waited in a line of 6 other people for 10 minutes while the one cashier made extended small talk with each customer. Only when there were only two customers left including me did a backup cashier arrive. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend.

At first the pharmacy was good 15 min wait now its like 2-3 hours sometimes a day to be ready for pick up and when you go to pick up your medication there not even ready so ridiculous and so slow

They cant handle pressure and treat customers in an unprofessional manner. Unless they know you in a personal way youll be treated wrong in the pharmacy if you have a question.

Pharmacy.drive thru is slow it takes me 20-25 mins to go through with 2/3 cars in front of me. Not enough staff. Will be changing pharmacy.
