My wife has cancer and has to have a prescription. I first tried to talk to the Walgreens on 10370 N McCarran Blvd. That Pharmacist is Asian and cannot talk clear enough English to communicate. I then call the Oddie store. After a grueling phone menu, I get a very long ring and finally this young bimbo answers. She does not even let me talk! She tells me to hold! Then I am listening to this obnoxious sound that just agitates me more! Then after a very long time the phone rings again and this bimbo does the same thing! Then a third time until I have been put on hold three times! Now I call the store manager Jared who was not even apologetic! I heard that they are going to go out of business! Not soon enough for me!

I was reading some of the reviews. I was amazed at how people talk about someone they dont know. Calling someone on the phone a bimbo, makes me wonder about the person calling, and complaining because your meds take an hour and a half is also over the top. They are busy, they cant fill every prescription right now. You arent more important than I am. Ive had issues at times with them, but overall I am more than satisfied with the service. They are far better than CVS. CVS only gets limited amounts of pain meds each month, and never have mine in, and they have actually lied to me. So there, no ones perfect.

My regular pharmacy Cvs on Los altos was out of my meds so I tried the Walgreens up the street. What a total jerk. Told me I cant wait that they would not let me have them for an hour and a half because it was pain meds. Now I understand the stigma of pain meds. I suffered a major injury over 20 years ago. He said things loud enough that the people behind me started to laugh. Use Cvs. They actually Care about the customers and dont pre judge. Cant wait to run into that idiot.

Great experience. I was from out of town and called in a prescription before I got to Reno. When I arrived at this store late in the evening to pick up the Rx the pharmacy had closed for the night. The store manager was VERY helpful, he called the Virginia Street store, asked them to fill the Rx and it was ready when I arrived at that store. Great friendly service!
