Been off and on with this place. There used to be a pharmacist I couldnt stand there and Im pretty sure Im part of the reason she isnt there anymore. They have a pretty friendly staff now that has been pretty consistent. Today I showed up at 10:30 to drop off 2 prescriptions and was told no longer than 1:30 hour wait. I didnt recieve a text that my scripts were ready by 12:30 but need them before I go to work for the rest of the day at 1. When I showed up today 5/19 to pick up my prescriptions the lady putting my information in abruptly told me "they are working on it it will be a few minutes." I asked how long it would be as I only had 15 minutes to get to work. She says annoyed , "a few minutes." So from that response I assumed she was going to take her sweet time and went to the drop of desk to ask that nice lady for help retrieving my written prescription or letting me know how long it would take. Low and behold the prescription that I actually need for the daytime at work is actually already filled and ready. I feel that there is a bit of laziness around that pharmacy today. Mostly from the lady at pick up not willing to converse in a polite manner with PATIENTS that need there medicine. But also, now I need to make an unnecessary trip back there after work because of their utterly failed estimate on how long it would take to fill 2 prescriptions. It shouldnt take 2 1/2 hours to fill 2 prescriptions. Especially when the patient is told it will take no longer than 1 1/2.

Called to refill a cream, they didnt have it, then days later, sold me the small one for more than I paid for the big tube. Should have gone to Walgreens.

This trip to CVS was okay nothing special they have a decent Pharmacy but you can expect the line. Its somewhat convenient.

Usually too understaffed and kind of dirty around the edges. Everything takes too long here.
