Very rude and disrespectful customer service in pharmacy department. First of all, this is like the 3rd. Time they have not had my medicine in stock, and told me that I needed to wait a week. So instead of waiting a week for my pain medications, I decided to go elsewhere and get it filled. This last incident, they conned my homecare aide into having her pay cash for one of my prescriptions, which I should never have a co-pay. I called to have her take thd medicine back and the guy Kyle said "Ok, see you in a bit." To return the medicine and get my money back. Suddenly he changes his tune and starts to be very disrespectful and says I can no longer return the meds. We start to argue on the phone and I ask for his last name, so that I can file a formal complaint. And then I asked for his managers name and he will not give me that information either. So after he rudely hung up the phone on me, I decided to call the main store number. And Kyle had already ran to his supervisor and gave him his side of the story. All of which was totally inaccurate too, and the manager sided with Kyle. This so called manager wouldnt give me his last name either, but he was just lying...obviously. How can you not know the last nanes of your employees? Especially when you do their weekly timesheets and personal papers. The lead manager wouldnt even give his last name, like a bunch of cowards. If they have nothing to hide or be fearful of, they should of provided their information and ID #s upon request. Both employees were clearly in the wrong, so my next step was to get a hold of the Regional Manager of this District. And I hope they take this formal complaint seriously and are reprimanded for mistreating a customer and hanging up on a longtime client. Kids these days, are raised with no work ethic or proper mannars. I also hope they take this review seriously, because this is not the first time that I have experienced bad customer service at this location. And this is the 3rd. Time they did not have my medicine in stock and said that I needed to wait. Because if this last incident, I have begun a search of finding a new pharmacy to get my medicine filled at. Nobody deserves to be treated rudely or like they have been scammed out of money. A message to Kyle, please reevaluate your customer service code of conduct and it is basically just common sense of being a decent human being.

i went there and bought a debit card (green dot) of $130 and a $20 psn card but when I tried using them on amazon after activating it I was told it wasnt valid and I called amazon and green dot and they both told be that but when I called rite aid the lady was disrespectful told me I was wrong and made me feel like an idiot
