Their pharmacy has unusually neurotic practices compared to other Rite Aids. They will not cooperate with other Rite Aids, even within the same town, which makes getting some medications quite frustrating. Edit: I spoke with corporate, who stated they will be addressing my issues. Will update the stars after I evaluate their performance.

We showed up 10 minutes after they closed, and the pharmacist was just walking out the door. He could tell my wife was sick and went back in and filled the prescription. Kind of restored my faith in humanity for a minute. Should be a extra star rating for times like this.
