My local hardware shop - finding help is mostly accomplished. The quality of the help is usually pretty good. I manage to find 80% of the bits and bobs I need around the home at OSH. Prices are anywhere from full MSRP to super reasonable.

There are not enough staff who know about hardware. Checkout can be a long wait. The location is the best part of this store. Dale hardware is much better.
