Was shopping for a new center punch (for rescuing trapped motorists) on or about February 14, 2016 when suddenly all staff began to panic and exited the building. Curious to discover the reason for such alarm (possibly a melee between the indigenious north american buck n*gger and the furtive and ubiquitous meth addict) I put the center punch in my pocket (so as not to lose it when I went through checkout) and followed with some apprehension. Apparently, after asking some preliminary questions, I learned that a passerby or someone sitting in a vehicle nearby reported to an employee that their store was on fire. My subsequent investigation revealed that some broken glass (from a standard 12oz beer bottle) and a rainbow colored patch of liquid (consistent with gasoline on a wet surface) directly in front of the southern back concrete wall of the establishment, plus the small matter of an eyewitness account which I shall, for purposes of maintaining the integrity of my investigation and in order to protect that witness from possible reprisal shall omit from public revelation, led me to the conclusion that a terrorist or a deranged madman with an inclination towards mass casualty producing methodology had thrown an incendiary explosive device which he in all likelihood manufactured himself/herself? indicating some sort of demolitions or combat training had targeted the Ace Hardware, of which we speak, for destruction at the hands of the holy fire which can easily consume cement and other typically fire resistant building materials which are used specifically because of possessing such properties in addition to availability and ease of usesisting standard fire. When the police arrived, I went to offer my services in apprehending the offender. Frustration was my only reward when I learned that they had no idea who the guy on film and desceibed by a possible witness was. Only that tje safeway across the street was a good place to wait for him to return. Which in fact he did 3 days later. Even after the incident was released to media agencies to assist in apprehension. Of course I can only surmise that the offender would exercise reasonable caution having narrowly escaped capture (note: possible SERE training).

I have been shopping at this Ace Hardware store before it was an Ace (Coast to Coast Hardware in the 1980s). This is a well established hardware store staffed with employees Ive known for several decades. The store is well stocked and always has what I need when I arrive. As for lumber, they only have a few 2x4s. The knowledgeable staff gets its expertise from actual hands on experience using the products, not from reading the label seconds after being asked how something works. I find the staff very friendly, happy and know where everything is. I would recommend this store to my own parents except that they were the ones who shared it with me. hahahaha. I really love this store and small hardware stores in general.

This place exemplifies customer service. I could remember countless times Ive been there where the staff had gone way out of their way to help me. Once, I needed to replace some screws for a wheelchair and the staff went ahead and installed it in the wheelchair. When I left, I had a fully functioning wheelchair. How awesome is that. Thats only one example. They also have such a wide variety of stuff yet I dont have to search for parking and walk a far distance just to pick up one thing.

This has been years overdue. These guys and gals have always been the most helpful people we have ever dwelt with. For those odd problems that cant be handled the regular way, they are tops! We have a little church behind the shopping center about 300 yards away and can honestly say that without these guys it would not still be standing with the odd problems of a building over 100 years old. Im 76 and they been helping use 40 years. TKS MUCH!

Had a shut off valve leak and it was a 1947 vintage they found the right parts and took the time to look for the seals. I was not rushed away, they were very courteous and it was less than $5 including a tube of lube he recommended. There were no Union in the pipe so it would need to be cut and replaced with a Union if they didnt have the parts. I have had many other rewarding experiences with them in the past 20+ years!

No one answered the first time I called, the phone just rang and rang. I called back and after a few rings someone picked it up, simply saying hello, not identifying the store I had called, I asked my question, I got one word of response, and they hung up. Over all, very poor customer service, and very unprofessional staff.

This place is really handy if you live anywhere nearby and they have most things youre looking for. I go there all the time and everyone is nice there. Theres a few things they have that I have not found anywhere else, so whenever I need these particular parts, I go there. Im pretty happy that theyre close by my shop.

Amazing local neighborhood Hardware Store! always seem to have what I need at a reasonable price compared to Home Depot or Lowes. The staff is very VERY helpful and very knowledgeable in all departments. Every time Ive come in, I had Austin help me out, he knows his stuff. Love this place!!
