Just spent two days getting jerked around by the incredibly incompetent kids that work there. Yesterday I went in looking for an electrical component of which they did not have. It was rather specific so this did not surprise me. I then happened upon a barbecue that was on sale that I really wanted and when I was told that there were no more in stock but there would be more today I was ok with the idea because it was a very good deal. Well today I called just before noon and asked if they had received them yet and was told there were none ordered and they would not be getting any more in. So I then inquired about the display and was told it was for sale I then asked if they would be kind enough to hold it for me I was told that was not possible. Then the inevitable happened I called just after four and was told that the display had already been sold and that they could "special order" it for me I said no thanks and Im pretty sure that will be the last thing I ever say to these people. Save your time and money and just go to a real hardware store.

Just moved out to Enumclaw, bought a house and been spending quite a bit but today will be my last. Poor Customer service was told to go to the other line as the kid was closing. Only to go wait in the other line and he proceeded to wait on more people after he told me to move!

Very friendly and helpful when you need to find somthing. Ive shopped here for years but with the new Tractor supply store next door Ive found myself over there alot. Both are good depending on your needs..

Most expensive Hardware store in King County!!! $15.90 for one stick of half inch PVC conduit before taxes. Regularly only $2.11 retail at Home Depot, and about $4.39 at most ACE Hardware stores.
