Id give the quality an "excellent" as the selection is good for the size of the store, but it is a bit pricy: if youre not local, then you wont be saving money on gas (not to mention time) driving out to Monroe or Woodinville or Redmond. Otherwise, the service is first rate. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and stand behind their product. When I was working on a difficult paint job, the staff basically let me leave the store with several tins of paints to test, not charging me for them, and trusting me to bring back what didnt work and pay for what did. I hate to say this, but weve had some young folk (not really teens, more like 20-somethings), whove been robbing local businesses AND our local library! Its really a shame in a small, caring community like Duvall, but Im afraid a few (really) bad apples have made life harder for the good eggs. In economic hard times, with profit margins so slim, its understandable that some businessess will take a more cautious approach.

For a hardware store in a small town, this place has an impressively wide selection of items. The staff are also friendly and happy to help you locate a product, or just to chat you up. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Coming to do a supply run from a local summer camp, a coworker and I lounged on the displayed lawn chairs while another coworker searched for the item we needed. A staff member approached, and instead of chastising us, they offered us complimentary water! If I lived nearby, Id go here all the time.

Despite being small they have most of the things youre looking for...and if you cannot find something someone is always there to help. You also cannot beat the free popcorn to tool around the store with :)
