This was the worst shopping experience in my life!!!! I went to this store to support Campbell busness, I should have gone with my gut and gone to the willow glen store. Went to the store on a Saturday to order a grill for a christmas present. Ordered a 200 dollar grill, paid cash. Was told it would be in Tuesday, got a call Tuesday but waited till Wednesday to go in. Once there I waited an hour while they searched in vain was told I would be contacted Thursday am. This didnt happen!!! When I called that afternoon I was told that they had given the grill to someone else and I had to come in and look at video to prove I didnt know them, yes I was already being called a lier!!!!!! Went to store, reviewed tape, didnt know them them just like I said. Was told that unless I could produce an original receipt, I already had the grill. Never was I told to keep receipt. So I shredded it. Told this to owner and was told there was nothing he could do. I went to the good people at willow glen and bought another grill, asked the owner if that was enough proof that I hadnt gotten the grill and was told no!! Tough you get nothing from us!!! I am a CPA, licensed by the state, and Im being told I lied and that I am trying to steal a grill. This place needs to be out of business!

Great service, friendly people! I like to frequent local businesses when possible. This is a family owned place and they treat their customers that way! They may have some higher prices than Home depot, but if you like to pull up in front of the store, be helped to get exactly what you need, then this is a much better shopping alternative.

This store is the perfect place if you need to pick up something quick. The staff are always very helpful, they will go out of there way to make sure you are finding just what you need. The best part is they actually know what they are talking about. Unlike lets say Home Depot employees.

A great classic hardware store with a selection that beats the big box stores. Not only can I get exactly what I need, when Im walking the aisles I almost always find something that I had given up on finding anywhere else. A super helpful and knowledgeable staff too!

I often come to this store for their extensive selection of nuts, bolts and screws. The staff are helpful and friendly, but sometimes hard to find. The store seems empty much of the time. Still, I find that this store has stuff you wonwofind elsewhere.

Regular prices on most items are typically higher than Home Depot, but one can occasionally find some good deals on sale items. They also have a rewards program for frequent shoppers, which amounts to a 2% discount.
