Excellent customer service here! You can always get some help and even the young kids seem to have answers to your questions. Good selection for most items. Amazing selection of cleaning supplies. You can find a product to clean or polish just about anything. I like the garden section, and plumbing, electrical and paint always have what you need. It seems a bit pricey compared to the big box stores, but you get great service here.

Bought a drill at ace hardware online and got it shipped it to this Los Gatos store. Did not use the drill and went to the store to return it. Store owner wont credit back the amount to my credit card. He gave me a gift card instead. Called the toll free# and they said that it is up to the store owner to either credit the amount to the credit card or give a gift card. Now you know their policy. So, be careful.

The staff is amazing and they always ask if you need help with anything and they are so nice Kyle T did an amazing job helping me with this home project and helped my get all the right supplies and told me how to use them.
