I called to see if they had any chest freezers in stock. Not only did the staff in the appliance section not answer my call the first 2 times I called, but then the lady at the front transferred me back there 4 times with still no answer. When I FINALLY got through, the person who answered told me abruptly they didnt have any without even checking first. She was borderline rude and then hung up. I will never shop at this home depot again. I guess it is Lowes for us in Monroe from now on.

Its another Home Depot. Lots of stuff. Crowded isles at Christmas time. Seems to carry more consumer, light hardware/lumber, appliances etc than the wider selection of lumber and building materials at nearby Lowes. Like most big box stores, dont expect to get much professional trandesman advice from floor staff here. (For advice, we go to a local hardware store in Snohomish, where prices seem a bit higher, but several deeply qualified experts are always on hand in most departments.)

Everyone is super friendly and attempt to help, but everytime I ask someone a question about where I can find a product or a specifics about it they are always uneducated about it. I may be asking the wrong people but if you work in tools you should know tools, or window, etc.

Nice staff, but like many home depots the stock is pretty disorganized and they run out of stuff and claim the inventory says there is 50 in stock, but they arent on the shelf and no one can find them (even though they tried) so its pretty annoying. Nice staff though.

Feb 2016: Exchanging defective item & picking up special order... Same clerk helped me, fast in & out! Aug 2016: Clerk gave 1/2 off $ of open package. Feb 2016: Great customer services but a little slow to get answers.

Dont buy custom doors from here they chiseled mine wrong. $80 down the drain now I have to buy a new one. They wont refund it because it was a custom door and they cant resell it.

Dont bother going here, if you can manage to find someone they will just shrug and say "I dont know" and walk off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If you rent a tool there, be sure its sparkling clean and detailed when you bring it back- the cleaning fee is *one hundred dollars*. Beware!
