I was looking for a window A.C. and the customer services I got today was excellent! Walked in with my very active 6yo son and a rep introduced herself to me... a plus in my book. She then helped me to hand selected what I needed for my custom size window and then took it a step further with help to my car. I was very impressed when they brought my son a free store apron and total me about the kids classes they have. We will be there! Thank you

I always had a very good impression of the store, they used to be very helpful and quick. that is the reason I like to go go hear than bigger store. After a long time I went today and most of them are new and I waited for more than half an hour near the customer service to get someone to notice me. I do miss the people who used to work before.
