Well, people here are definitely jerks. We just walked in looking for some fence posts and concrete and when asked by an employee if we needed help finding something he told us simply that the lumber was "in the yard" without even looking at us. When we got out to the yard 3 employees were sitting on their asses staring at ys and when we asked if they had the type of fence posts we were looking for they pointed to the yard and turned their heads to continue to ignore us. We asked how much a post was they told us they didnt know. At this point we had enough of the terrible customer service and left. I would suggest that they learn how to treat their customers with a little respect.

I shop here every time I need something for building or repairs. I have always had great service from friendly staff. Prices are fair and the products are excellent quality. Lumber prices are competitive with big box, but the Arrow quality is MUCH better! Just try to to buy Doug Fir at HomeDepot or Lowes. Especially lumber that is straight! The staff here are very knowledgeable and if a person needs information all I have ever needed to do was ask.
