What a pleasure to shop at this store! Judging by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Pacific Ace Hardware, customer service is a top priority. Remember the last time you telephoned one of the big hardware stores, asking about an item? How long did you stay on hold? How much of a pain was the transaction? Try calling Pacific the next time you need to know the price or availability of something, or even to get advice on an item you need. Its a whole different experience, and one Im sure youll enjoy as much as I always do. Be sure to check out their unique gift area, too. Lots of top notch and interesting kitchen items. If you need a gift for someone who loves their kitchen, youre sure to find something theyll like. Oh, and Ive also enjoyed shopping online at the Ace site and having it delivered to Pacific. They call you when your item is in, and pick up is a breeze. One more thing: Pacific Ace Hardware has been giving me the same wonderful service for a couple of decades. So whether youre reading this review in 2011 or 2021, I feel certain that you wont be making a mistake by giving your business to Pacific.

Its impossible to walk in this store and NOT receive a kind greeting. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. If one cant answer the question, theyll track someone else down who can. Always friendly, never pushy. Returns are easy and getting in & out quickly is seldom a problem. Its a very busy little store that somehow ends up with just about anything hardware Ive ever needed. Its definitely my very favorite go-to store.

Ace is the helpful place indeed! The more I go to this store, the more I enjoy it. Ive had a number of employees help me quickly locate items that Im looking for and theyre all friendly and knowledgeable. This quickly became my go-to place for all things hardware. Thanks Ace!

If you want to go to a well run old fashioned store this is it. Some items are even cheaper than the large chain stores, and if not, you will save plenty on gas and time as these people will find the item and tell you all about using it. I always go to Pacific Ace first.

Youll never wait in long lines here!! Always courtesy and helpful!! You cant walk by an ACE employee here without being asked for help. A much better place to spend your money then the big box home improvement stores.

Good Ol Fashion hardware store. Find most anything here from gardening and building materials, to kitchen tools. Love supporting the small, neighborhood business that serves as well and better than the big.
