If I could give this a 0 I would. I took my 8 month old Maltese Poodle there for a grooming service 2 times. The first time everything was fine, but come around the second time I received a call from one of the groomers telling me that they had cut my dog!!!! Not only did they cut her paw, they left her full of blood and also did not follow my instructions. She had no knots and these rude ladies shaved her completely including her ears. Kiara was just supposed to go in there for a shower, a nail trim and hair trim but they shaved her COMPLETELY. When we took her home she would hide under anything and cry. Never am I taking my baby girl there again!

Petco is a overprice pet store in my opinion. A lot of stuff there are overpriced and you can get them cheaper in elsewhere if you shop around. Petco is well know so many of this store are similar, the good pat of the store is that is very new and clean. Animal that sell here are in good shape and good condition, but again you are gonna paid more for it as result. Theres pretty of parking here and is not a issue, however is good finally a petstore open in city of 100,000 population. When you can find dog owner everywhere.

Petco on Mount is k aller take my dog for a haircut and medijeron k iva to take 2 to 3 hours when you return I got my dog I went home and looked at my different dog pense k I was stressed out you ladro my daughters and never ase that estubo strange all night and it turns out that this morning I called the manager of Petco and medice k if notava something strange on my dog told k if and I replied k me abia given the ekibocada dog

All there fish and corals are bying and sick. I got an anemone the other day and they told me it was healthy I know it wasnt my tank because my water quality always amazing. I had saltwater reef tanks for a long time now and I never had anything due on me, this was the first. I call to tell them wht happened and they just said "okay it died on you not on us". Dont get anything from here, they dont care about anything.

The guy (has a beard) in the fish department is super awesome! Knows his stuff and seems to actually care about the well being of the fish and even put my cherry shrimp into a seperate capsule so it wont be stressed out when i try to net it out! Never seen others do this. And grooming is splendid! Will be back~

New strip mall visible from the street. Plenty of parking. Overall very clean so far. Very well stocked the store. Friendly staff. Jason was very knowledgeable about fish even told me about other Fisheries nearby. Restroom could have been a little more clean.

Alisha at grooming salon doez such a great job. My girlie smelled n looked beautiful. They have great costumer service,store is always well stocked . We are lycky they are closer to us. I do reco.end their grooming dept.

Very friendly place and is organized but the prices are too expensive. The animals are treated humanly unlike other stores. I always talked my dog there and she love it. Their prices on cats are inexpensive.

They have great customer service but there are to little employees working. It can be a very busy day there and there is only 2 employees there for the whole store. It can take about 30min to get helped.
