I had brought my dogs in for for the past few years for grooming and never had any issues... the last two times they have requested proof of vaccinations which I supplied the first time last month,,, this time they ask for it again< after supposedly entering it in their system the previous time.. I was the third person in line that fought this issue with the Moron Collection in the grooming shop. they would groom one dog but not the other... But both dogs get their vaccines at the same time at the same place... They offered to "call the Vet" to confirm the Vaccination records ... great but it is a Sunday they are not open, "well we will reschedule the dogs for another time" Why because they cannot keep track of info??? so in ten minutes time 4 dogs with three different owners were denied service because of Petsmarts lazy ineptitude... lol this place is a collection of lazy college kids who wont take the initiative, meanwhile wasting my time..

Great location, friendly staff. They have a pretty solid selection of toys too! If youre just an average pet owner and not someone with a Santa Monica attitude youll get all of your needs met and more at this location. Never had any problems. I came here for dog, cat, and chinchilla products and was able to find everything I needed!

Very clean and organized store in a nice area. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We bought a Beta fish and all of the supplies. Great experience!
