Completely unhappy with them! Dropped off my two dogs a maltese and toy poodle for grooming. Five hours later! They told me 3-4 hours then, when I called to check in on there progress they told me no that was per dog. I have been a Petco costumer for years NEVER have they taken this long. My dogs were not that dirty. Then I was told well they have to take a lunch and have manager meetings. Thats not my problem that you dont manage your work day accordingly. It was not a cheap visit either the bill is $165! I will never bring my pets back for grooming. On top of it all after complaining to the manager I got them to agree to 4pm because other wise I would have been late picking my husband up from work. Super disappointed in this Petco. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE THEM ALL DAY!

Staff is extremely helpful! I came in and instantly fell in love with a guinea pig. The staff was available and very helpful, let me hold the guinea pig before I bought it. Their prices were average, but the guinea pig I ended up getting was actually up for adoption and was only $20! The staff made sure that I knew that I needed supplies outside of the kit (hay and a hay manger). One of my items didnt have a bar code and they went into the back to find the SKU code for it, extremely helpful.

Well where do I Start 1st off they have really really good customer-service there they always greet you when you come in the store and same way when you leave my always remember the dogs name and give him treats when we leave and the grooming Center is really outstanding service theyre really good customer-service and treat all the dogs with loving tender care TLC I recommend everybody goes there that has pets

Yay Petco! This location is a good one I think, we rarely have issues and theyre normally very friendly. They are often doing pet owner classes or adoption events in the front of the store, the staff is helpful, and pet owners that come in are a good crowd too. Definitely recommend this location and Petco :)

This is an average store that is undermanned for quality customer service. Trying to find an employee to help is counter productive as they usually only have 1 person on the floor and 1 cashier. Prices are so so, but at least the store is clean.

This is actually a decent establishment, but I encountered multiple visits whereby they were out of or discontinued specific rawhide bones that my Sandy absolutely Loves. For those reasons alone I give this location a 3 star rating.

Great selection of high end pet food but very pricey. Overworked minimal staff are nice and reasonably helpful. Store accepts coupons but the cash register seem to thwart the use of them, requiring a manager for overrides.

Horrible customer service. You get conflicting answers from the fish department everytime you visit. I got the grand inquisition on my tank set up when all wanted was a snail. Wont be back
