Always a wait, even if there is only one customer in line in front of you. Typical of large chain pet stores, employees have little, no or incorrect knowledge of fish and aquarium supplies. Good news though, HEALTHY fish and clean, appropriately stocked tanks at this location! I have had many of my fish purchased at this location for years now. Petco has great sales on live fish and pretty good regular prices on them too. The aquarium decor, supplies and fish foods are HORRIBLY overpriced at all locations. Please check Amazon prices for these items, usually 75 % less for everything except the live fish.

With new CEO, and new management, Petco has lost touch with its customers. I have been shopping at this Petco for over 15 years. I was there last week. Today I went in to buy filters, and turtle food. I needed to used the restroom. I was told that I needed to make a purchase of $20 or more, show the receipt, then they would open the restroom for me.Steven was the associate. My days shopping at Petco are over.

bad service grooming area i bring my dog in for nails trimming but employee refused to take the job my dog is 11 bls and she said so hard to work for my dog and she put in computer that take my for service i think that a manager of this store need to look closer or retraining with all employees in salon and keep the place smoke free

I have gone in here for 4 wks straight looking for kitty disposable waste bags and still nothing. They have gone down hill dramatically and their grooming sucks too. I have taken my dogs there for a few yrs to be groomed and they dont do all the things you ask for but you still pay hefty. I am done. No more after all these years.

I had a betta that was ill and went to PetSmart first for purchases. I had to go here for the few things PetSmart didnt have. Well, the prices were MUCH better here at Petco and I returned everything at PetSmart. This location Id my go to, even though its a little drive.

grooming area can be expensive but works pretty good remember to tell them to go slow on your animals so they dont freak out and you dont get a call that you need to pick your animal before the services are done
